  1. Prison's are designed to be able to be secure with a few guards as possible, they intentionally employ choke points, funnelling designs and are essentially inverse castles (designed to keep people in versus keep people out). I just don't think this is a good site for a large number of people. I think for prisons you need to design the event around the site. It needs to be asymmetric in terms of teams a few people as the guards who can lock down buildings etc and the rest as inmates trying to escape. That or you need to have far fewer players so they can't just lock everything down. My vote with 400 players on site is clusterfuck.
  2. Because most people when selling have a price in mind for what they want to get into their pocket once its all said and done. If want £150 in my pocket and its reasonable to ask that for what I'm selling then why can't I just ask for £170 all in? Paypal will charge me 4.79 for a sale of £150, so I add on 4.79 to my sale price then add delivery (lets says £15.21 for this example) so I ask for £170 and I get the £150 I wanted in my pocket at the end. Also that logic only applies to payment methods where there is a fee. Sellers could just as easily say pay me with a bank transfer or as family and friends on paypal where there is no fee to the seller. People accept paypal because it makes things convenient and gives buyers the extra security of paypal buyer protections which heavily favour the buyer. Personally I don't mind having the fee included in the total cost of what I'm about to buy second hand. If I buy something for X price all in, then I'm either happy to pay that price and I buy it or I'm not and I don't. Like Adolf Hamster said, if I'm dropping more than a few pints at the local in terms of cash on something, a few pennies to pounds more doesn't bother me at that point.
  3. I don't think there is but perhaps a simple guide on how to factor in paypal fee's into your final price might be a good idea? I use a online calculator, where I type in what I'd like to receive from the buyer after paypal takes their cut and it tells me the price I need the buyer to pay, I then whack on the postage costs and just list the all in price. No extra or hidden costs. You pay as listed and you get your new toy as fast as I can get it to the post office and Royal mail can get it to you.
  4. Both the gun and suppressor are out of stock from the suppliers I can find and would trust so I'll take the cheapest price I can find from a reputable retailer even if out of stock. ASG MP9 - £199.99 ASG M9 Suppressor - £54.99 Both prices pulled from PatrolBase. 254.98 combined price brand new, applying a 60-70% of retail second hand value we get £152.99 - £178.49 second hand value. That is assuming the gun only has normal wear and tear damage. However the gun is damaged beyond that as the sling point is completely sheared off. And to top it off, the asking price of £180 is for collection/if you live within reasonable driving distance of him else he wants postage and PayPal fee's on top. (Paypal ToS state the seller is to take the cost of the paypal fee's and not charge to the customer) Since the item is damage beyond normal wear and tear I'd go with 60% total retail value and sell it for £152.99 for collection and £170 odd for postage including paypal fees (I've can't remember how much it'd cost to post something of that size but I'm thinking around £14-£16? Correct me if I'm wrong) I rest my case, your honour.
  5. £40.46 off aliexpress brand new more importantly, 'Please add PayPal fee' which is against ToS for PayPal. Your honour, I rest my case.
  6. Is the Zeroin Forums down again, I keep getting a took too long to respond error but I can't tell if its just me. All other websites load just fine.

  7. £289.99 - G&G PDW15 - PatrolBase - in stock £19.99 - Airtech PDW Battery Extension - PatrolBase - In stock £20.00 - TRIROCK Red Dot - Amazon - In stock £329.98 - Total all brand new £329.98*0.6 = £197.99 (expected 2nd hand price) £62 for shipping and paypal fees seems a bit much to me also perhaps its just me but the add makes it seem like the rails are an extra but they come with the gun. I know because I own one.
  8. How is Zeroin forums opening for you? I get constant connection errors when I try in chrome.
  9. That's not an AKM lower, that's a 5.56/M4 lower.
  10. 11" Strike industries gridlok handguard (all black) Ascend armoury angled m lok foregrip Surefire 5" warden suppressor (+ flash hider) VG6 Precision Epilson muzzle break (heat treated multi colour) Magpul K2 AEG pistol grip (Kublai) x2 All clone stuff of course but still cost me £200 all in. Now just gotta wait for it to arrive from china. Hopefully picking up an AAF recoil AEG soon but that should be a trade hopefully.
  11. In stock on PatrolBase for £279.95 By my maths- £243 worth of upgrades So on the surface a good deal, up until you see "under fps". According to a discord post- under fps here is actually 100 fps under what it should be. Yeah... in my mind that makes the upgrades worth exactly £0 because I've got no idea where the issue is. Yes is most likely an air seal issue and probably easy to fix but you never know. My advice, get it to a tech and firing at a good fps and then post it back up at the same price. Hell can probably even as for more (£523 * 0.6 = 313)
  12. I'd like half of whatever that blokes taking. Fucking hell!
  13. I know the Daytona in that list was bought by someone on AFUK (Go back a few pages) and is currently up for sale. If the list price is to be believed then the guy who bought it and is now selling it on has added £200 on to the price. That'd be more of a reason to complain than that listing. That being said Daytona's cost £1200-1500 depending on the version you get and work done for the install so most than justified in the price.
  14. Ah right, didn't scope his profile out. Yeah, that's definitely suspect and regardless or use or not. If you're not a retailer its 2nd hand and price needs to reflect that.
  15. What makes you reckon he'd bought at wholesale prices? Curious to know how you judge or you just going off he's selling exactly at common retail price? Hopefully he see this and decides to be reasonable and adjust his price. Hell I even did the maths for him and provided proof I ain't pulling my new price out my ass. We'll see though.
  16. Links to a retailer selling the gun for £399 Except everyone knows you look for the cheapest reputable retailer you can find. In this case, airsoftimports for £299, another option is milspecsolutions for £329 - both brand new with retailers warranty. Both of these also come with the stock ACR stock which folds, has 7 positions and an adjustable cheek riser compared to the buffer tube version of his. I'd say the stock...stock is superior to traditional M4 buffer tube stocks. Double points since this is a AEG version so the extra mags don't really add much value compared to GBB mags (IMO - maybe being harsh here? Let me know what you guys think). Going by the 60% retail price of cheapest you can find it (lets be generous) 329*0.6 = £198
  17. AFAIK there aren't any exact clones of the hone badger, each airsoft version does something a little different. In the G&G case, its the front hand guard, its more rounded in profile compared the current gen honey badgers though there are images that show a more rounded hand guard for the RS version too. I think for airsoft its a matter of close enough. People like the look overall (I suspect the integral look of the suppressor with a profile matching rail) and since no military uses them as issue weapons no one is trying to make an exact replica for imitation purposes.
  18. Oh oh oh! I've got a honey badger too! G&G PDW15 - AR. Externals: Repro Vortex UH-1 & VMX-3T magnifier PDW stock switched to buffer tube and PTS EPS stock Fortis shift grip PTS MOE grip Internals: Fusion Engine (Green nozzle, red poppet) Maxx Hop unit Maxx adjustable trigger SLR gold dummy bolt Maple leaf Macron 50 degree hop rubber Lambda Five (6.05mm ID) 303mm inner barrel (Claims a 1 micron finish and having looked down the barrel I'd believe it)

  21. That one scope is nearly 50% of my entire Airsoft gear collection and I've got some seriously gucci RIFs 😂
  22. Real steal? I don't even want to know how much that cost if it is.
  23. That's that scope you've got on your there. Fits quite nicely with vector
  24. Ohhh, this is news to me! Right need to start saving and order a few. I'd like to murder box a mag some day (feed from an auto feed drug mag or something)
  25. It's not that I don't want to hpa tap the mags, it just how scarce they are. Figured if I could supply air another way they I could completely switch to aeg mags.
