Sounds like the very same symptoms my ghk experienced when I bought is used off a lad. I discovered small smashed fragments of beebs, right at the front of the bolt/nozzle where it’s supposed to lock into battery It was just enough to mis align everything! Like these were MASHED in, didn’t look out of place there at all!! I dug the remnants out with a sewing needle and it’s never had an issue since ?

Yeah, tbh honest, the prices seems to be going up every few months We are doing some construction work and got two for storage while things are commencing. Yeah, After I posted, I watched a couple of reviews on it. Seems to be the exact same as the uv-5r just in a Harris “style” outer but with a much larger capacity battery. I suppose the good thing is that it is also compatible with all of my current comms accessories like ptt, antenna , headset etc

I’m currently running a Baofeng uv-5r, and it’s never let me down plus it’s universally used throughout the Airsoft universe. BUT, Having just spotted these, for maybe £50-£60 is it any good? I believe it’s 10w as opposed to the 5w 5r I don’t think I need more wattage, I’m just tempted with the mil-spec appearance (tart that I am) Anyone running one?

My Ghk Sig was given its first proper outing last weekend (I used it exclusively at NAF but can’t confirm any “hits” with it there ?) A previous owner had had a go at gluing the mag back together after obviously breaking it, it held up until Sunday when I used my speed loader and the repaired bit fell off into the undergrowth never to be seen again I had some of that two part epoxy stuff that hardens rock solid, so gave it a fix myself. Seems to be pretty solid and fits the replica nicely. only time will tell. Replacement shells are available in the non transparent nylon type material Another order from HK looming ??‍♂️
