  1. I'll have to look into the dimensions but this could be the answer. To be honest i've been looking at one of the WAS Covert plate carriers as this would also be useful for another kit I've already made but which looks odd when wearing my normal PC.
  2. @MSSW Rune - That's an absolutely awesome kit you've managed to build up. Out of curiosity how long has it taken you to build? I dare not ask the cost. As a further curiosity which MP40 have you gone with and how do you find it?
  3. I'm guessing it was eaten by a hacksaw or power tools 😕
  4. I think that this might be a new entry into the thread: I realise presentation isn't everything but part of me can't help but look at the advert and the photo provided and just think "car boot sale". The advert definitely needs some work in terms of presentation and information. I'd also say that the price is a little on the optimistic side. I've not done any price shopping beyond trying to identify what's there but the main event appears to be a Krytac Mk II Trident CRB which appears to be around the £335 brand new based off of Patrol Base's pricing, which is rarely the best out there. I've no idea what the chopped down abortion of an M4 is. I'm guessing the pistol is included but again who knows, given the advertiser fails to make any reference to it at all. Plus there are numerous items in the photo which aren't included in the sale. Overall, another lazy advert which is asking far too much. At least in my opinion. Plus there's always the consideration that people are often better off breaking these up but again, that would require effort.
  5. It'll largely be due to the grips used. They easily cost $350 dollars before shipping or anything else.
  6. @osteoshot - Hmmm... let me know about the GHK... Just to be a tad cheeky XD
  7. @cristiallx - Hi Cris, While someone maybe able to answer your query please be aware that this is an airsoft forum, not an airgun forum.
  8. You might want to reformat your ad description if you're able to do so as it hasn't turned out very well.
  9. I think this one is a new entry. Price wise it's not too far behind that of a brand new one (£279.00) without the two tone paint job and with a warranty. I know which I'd go for.
  10. To be honest at £300 + P&P I'd definitely have it off him on payday.
  11. I realise that this one may have already been posted but here's another contender: Link (really need to look up how to embed these links to give a preview). It's an ASG B&T MP9A1 and it is priced at £380.00 which includes: MP9 £200 Red dot sight £35 3 Extra magazine £44.99 each (leak free magazine) MP9 QD Suppresor Quick detach £55 The price isn't that far off the full retail price. Admittedly it does look in good condition as far as the externals go.
  12. @MandalShArK what is the black component of your kit under the ammo belts?
  13. Learn something new every day. To be fair I did admit it was very geeky. @SSPKali - Looks like very slick rail set up, what's the grip like on the BCM covers?
  14. @Skara - Your username is the same as (or close, could be slightly out on the spelling) of one of the characters Stargate/Stargate SG-1. It's the name of the kid which essentially attaches himself to O'Neill and who O'Neill takes under his wing in many ways. Like I said, very geeky 😛
  15. @Skara - What's the general opinion on the AA barrels? Side note (and a very geeky one) shouldn't you just be running an M4 with desert fatigues and ops vest?
  16. I might have to look at them (Vector Optics) as an option for sticking a dedicated optic on each of RIF's in that case. Do they hold their zero well?
  17. I've been after a Mich 2000 for ages but I suspect I'd need the real thing due to my fat noggin'
  18. @Asomodai - I've been looking at the Russian style red dot from Vector Optics for a while now. I'd be interested in hearing your feedback once you receive it.
  19. @rocketdogbert - Where do you get your optics from? Apologies, think I've asked before.
  20. @Alimcd - I didn't realise the bolts were available as a separate component, thank you for the heads up. I'd avoid the EBB, from what I've heard the kit LCT have produced is nothing short of a disaster which is terribly disappointing. Unfortunately I don't think any of my set ups would allow for the bolt so I'll just have to admire from a far.
  21. @Alimcd - Have you installed the EBB kit? A little confused with the mention of the bolt.
  22. Same here mate, there are still a couple I'm looking at but in the same breath I'm of the inclination to leave it... but then again... And I completely agree that it isn't something which could be reasonably expected to continue.
