    So somewhere along the line I left my railroad mindset of "2 x M4, 1 x sniper, 1 x pistol, and 1 x shotgun" Ended up with 2 x M4 (with a 3rd one that needs fixing up, the CA LWRC cloest to the front) 1 x sniper and 2 x pistol... Airsoft is addictive to spend on when you live with a parent still lol.

    Had a great day at the Gaol with @awestie90 it was his first time and I set him up with CQB (not my smartest idea lol). But we both enjoyed it and will definitwly be going back lol.

    Unfortunately there was lots of cheating though which is a shame but meh, it happens. Can't be a great day every day.

    Loving my insomnia as always lol. Gotta be up at 6am in order to get ready and drive to the Gaol... Currently 1:32am... Probably wont sleep now.

    Everyone says the MK23 is huge but in its core form, it's not so bad. Hi Capa's are only a bit smaller (although the MK23 is wider than the hi capa, which is weird to me since they are both double stacked mags) But when you chuck the LAM and the suppressor on... Erm.. Suddenly it's huge lol. (LAM is unpainted because it's never been used, and doesn't fit in the kydex holster)

    It really was lol, I have a little 2 door corsa (the sniper in its case takes up 90% of the width of the car, doesn't even fit in the boot lol) and the boot was just crammed full with gear.

    Oh I do agree, this will probably stand out really badly at Stormforce it's 100% more for "looking the part" lol. But with the distances Stormforce offers, you will either be easily visible, or way too far away to be seen lol. But I'll be the only ghillie wearing player anyway so I'll stand out for that reason alone lol

    It's a Jackal Ghillie suit by Jack Pyke Retailers online are showing its £100+ I got it preowned when I bought the VSR 10 and MK23 in the bundle I posted here Where he got it from I don't know though. I paid £600 and got kryptek mandrake stuff, action cam, and all sorts lol.

    Yeah thanks lol, Just looked again and the leafy suit I got is much thinner, so that will be better for summer wear lol. Although probs will have to wear Camo beneath it as its like mesh between the leaves.

    Oh it will definitely get hot in there lol. It's quite thick, Something to get used to though. Proabably wont be too bad for me as I don't usually overheat (will in Summer, but will probs just wear a basic camo BDU for that)

    Yup, somehow, I was surprised myself. I did adjust it and brush it aside before the photo but it immediately fell down over my face as I started to aim lol

    So I bought a few things today, and collected my sniper and mk23 and other things from @Alpha Sniper today. I can't do photos of everything so here are the 3 main things. TM VSR10 Laylax internals with Action army hop up, TM MK23 has the same stuff (LAM has never been used) And an XCORTECH X3200 MK3 chronograph (this was bought from Defcon Airsoft) http://prntscr.com/imn4uw Amongst the bundle I bought off Alpha Sniper, I got A Foxeer Legend 2 camera + Zenith mount Combat Belt and H harness plus pouches Jack Pyke Ghillie suit Kryptec Mandrake Leafy Kryptec Mandrake BDU 4 VSR mags 2 MK23 mags Got a case for the sniper and a case for the pistol Oakley gloves Anti fog spray Anti fog stuff called "Cat Crap" Custom MK23 Kydex holster Sling Spare Parts, extra bag, etc. This was a huge bundle of stuff I've probably missed something lol Thanks again Alpha Sniper!

    Yeah defcon's blue is darker as well, think its the only colour they do for two tone. The guns I've seen in two tone are always missing a small piece of paint, usually near the edges of holes unsure if this is like a hanging mark or what. But Ah well, its two tone, and in its current state, nobody will really be able to tell you that its 51% or not lol. Be careful though if you are put on red team! Some people wont check your arm Lol.

    You have a mk23, if you are unsure use that... (Thats what i plan on doing at least). Heck, ditch everything and pistol only, you will out range most people lol.

    Stormforce, It's literally unlimited walk ons (like I think the most they had 1 day is 230 players), but they only allow 10 players with 400+fps snipers. More down to the fact that there isn't really much room for snipers I think, I mean the entire site is 45 acres and it's valleys. If there was loads of snipers there would be no gameplay lol.

    Oh don't worry, I've got 1 CQB game on the 25th, then I wont have another one until the 25th of March will probably be woodland for that, so hopefully ill get to use the mk23 then. (I have to book on as a 400+fps sniper and the slots for snipers go too quick at my site lol)... One day I'll get round to using everything lol.

    Guess I'll have to cough up the cash for my own lol, picking up my new (well preowned and upgraded but shh) vsr10 and tm mk23 on Saturday. Not too sure I'll like the holster it will be coming with, so DTD will probably be the best option for me.

    Ok so as I already know this place is mainly London and everywhere but Staffordshire lol.
    But I want to see who is actually in the Staffordshire area who is active on here. Let me know, if we can get enough then there's chance of a team (makeshift team i mean)... Or at the very least, regular meets at sites across the area lol.

    Just spent at least 1 hour properly adjusting my condor recon rig to fit me... And doing a makeshift job to strengthen the bib kit... But now that it's correct I can get my 4 M4 mags on the lower section, and my hi capa on the bib... and still run a tight 2 point sling for my primary without clashing with anything :D

      When my Onetiris FPC arrives I’d be spending some time on pimping it too :) somehow, gonna have 2 air hoses running through for my glock and primary !

      lol, that sounds like fun... But at least the FPC would have the structure in it... the recon rig and bib are basically fabric, and a hicapa with its mag in is almost 1Kg of weight, so it was dragging everything down lol.

      Was refusing to use a belt holster as it collided with my gun, and drop legs never properly fit me and just slide around my thigh.

      In the end I stuffed cut to size cardboard pieces into the rear admin pouch on the bib so it doesn't bend as much.

    I have the same thing with my Hi Capa. Although with the metal lower rail it's a little more balanced, but still definitely heavier at the back. You get used to it soon enough

    Doubt there would be any interest for some magpul clone MBUIS flip up iron sights in Tan?
    What about Some original Krytac Iron Sights? Need cash but not got anything spare to actually sell lol...
    Still got that battery up for sale as well, only had 1 bite and it fell through due to lack of deans connection...

     

    So yeah, any takers? probably not...

      The Magpul Clone MBUS sights have sold.

       

      Just the krytac stock iron sights and the battery left.

      Although I may hold onto the krytac sights for resale reasons... Hmm.. Will think about it.

    oh god this sounds like what happens at my work when we get loads of scrapped copper lol. Chop it up, distribute it amongst workers, sell it to the recycling companies who melt it and and remake it as new bars... Granted with copper you hit the weight very easily lol. CO2 cartridges would take a lot longer. (Unless you have lots of co2 users i guess)
