Bought a cheap Ali Express chest rig and did little few little upgrades with bits I had already to make a nice quick detach rig.

I got the sewing machine out to make this chest rig fit my placard and nice elastic waist strap for more comfort Not sure if the multicam black goes well with ranger green but it do for now, I can buy a new H harness later.

Changed my MWS build again I need to buy an OD stock.

Hello, Does anyone know where I can buy the internals of a magazine follower or a complete follower. I bought a used mag that does not lock back on empty and when I checked the mag it was missing the bits in the follower. UK would be best or overseas . Thank you

,I was around 16 stone few years ago and over the years it been hard to shift the weight, I started running so I when airsoft with my son I could keep up and have fun without dying from exhaustion. So, over this year I have been running more and more, I started out slow from couch to 5K and in June I did my first race for life 10k event its so good getting across the finish line. I can now run the 10k distance without stopping and my current weight dropped to 13.4 stone at age 40 right now. Thanks.
