I too am looking into this as we are trying to set up a cqb site local to us but land is so damn expensive. Any info is useful (sorry to OP for barging in haha)

Actually get back into airsofting Buy m4 parts and build myself a cqb m4 (if only I could find bits locally cheap enough) in a £150 budget... Buy my old p229 off my buddy and give her the TLC she needs

I love the WE open bolt stuff tbh, loved my scar l and my buddies g36 is awesome (despite being a g36 lol)

I won't be at any sites for a little while due to no guns haha, plus I don't like renting (just a bit annoying at certain sites). I'm not looking to spend masses purely as I won't get much use out of it (max of once a month but normally once every few months)

Hey all So after deciding to move house back in November, I had to sell my airsoft guns off to give me a little bit more money to play with. The house move fell through (landlord didn't want anyone with kids...in a 3 bed house...) I was gutted as not only did I not have a new home but I'd sold off my stuff. We eventually moved 2 weeks before Xmas and now we're settled I'm back in the market for airsoft stuff 😆 I don't want to do what I've done previously and spend a small fortune as I don't get to go often thanks to work commitments so I've been looking at the G&G Firehawk, which is up at £139.99, but having not owned a G&G before (or even used anything bar an mp5 a4 top tech blowback) I'm wondering what people are saying about them Anyway, it's nice to be back!

Well I thought I'd better have a little play with my G3A3. Installed the upgrades I mentioned in the what have I bought thread. I quite like it lol. Not fitted the scope mount or scope yet Next step is spraying it in various green tones to give a slight woodland camo look This one shows off just how far the barrel goes haha And this one compares the old barrel (top) and the new one

650mm tomtac 6.02mm tightbore, Guarder H Nub, Guarder M120 spring and Guarder 70 degree hop rubber All for my G3, already locked to semi, scopes been fitted, suppressors on...roll on the bits turning up lol

I've got a CA G3A3, bloody great base for a dmr type weapon, lovely long barrel (495mm standard) which I'll be changing for a 6.03mm 530mm tightbore (got a suppressor on mine) for a little added power and accuracy. I'll also be changing the hop for a guarder/lonex one and adding an H nub to it. Out the box they aren't bad at all, mines locked to semi so don't have any issues with the full auto accuracy (reportedly not fantastic). The only issue with it is the length actually lol, it's massive (could be that I'm used to m4s/ak74us though)

My CA G3A4 weighs a tonne...but it's also bloody long and a lot of the weight sits towards the front end so that could just be the mind playing tricks.

I own a CA m41es (g3a4) but not sold on it, may sell up n build an m14 dmr lol

Picked up a King Arms Fn FAL for my mate yesterday, lovely bit of kit. As well as a mac11...now that thing is a beast! Entire mag gone in approx 3 seconds flat and the noise is orgasmic lol

Classic army G3A3 plus scope and few other bits and pieces...pretty rough but cheap enough for me to start my DMR project

Have you thought bout the WE bulldog compact? Nice lil gun and very accurate. Nice weight too

Turns out my Tm hi capa has had a guarder slide fitted, along with hi pressure valves and hop rubber! Happy days seeing as I paid £80 for it with 3 mags posted! Oh and a case

I played last game in a vest...was 28 degrees and before I'd even got my rig on (lightweight condor) I was sweating like a teen in a strip club. Come 2pm it pissed it down...I got soaked. Last time I played in the rain I was wearin my DPM chemical warfare jacket 😝 brilliant bit of kit (if a bit warm) and has the added bonus of looking sweet as feck. A mate of mine has bought himself a cheap camo waterproof from a sports store, not quite an exact match for DPM but good enough for the non anal folks not to notice. May buy myself one as it was only a tenner

Before I went last Sunday, I'd not been since February! Having shift work and family makes it hard, but plan ahead and book holiday to coincide with game days is my plan now I'm settled into the new job. If the missus and babe don't like it, they know where the door is 😁

When at my last game there was a chap on the opposite team with a very bright red laser...needless to say he got shot...ALOT! It gave away his position every time he used it, so much so that he ended up taking it off (had a pressure pad on the pistol grip so it was basically on constantly). I use one for my pistols, only because I bought it originally for my g18c when I used it on full auto 😝
