The item was described as Like new but when received there were parts missing, broken, and it was clear to see the set had been used in some way or another. Contacted to confront the issues but that started what has been a nightmare to get replies etc. I was promised a partial refund on Dec 31, in good faith i agreed, but this still had not been received and all messages are being ignored.
