Sadly no replica of the voodoo-s thermal sight (Although I assume it won't be too long before somebody makes a replica via 3d printing?) although you could fit the Wilcox mount to at least have something there, that's what I would do personally haha

Would not recommend a KWA MP9 ngl, they're temperamental even when you replace all the badly designed stock parts. There's an updated Maruyama one coming out that seems to just run a tonne better out of the box. The Double Eagle MWS clones are pretty good. Avoid the DE PMags, they're really bad. Failing that, wait around for a deal on here. IIRC there's a VFC 733 going for £350 that you could probably negotiate down a bit. They're generally quite solid GBBs.

Just had a brilliant day of airsofting at over the top (OTT) on Anglesey. Took my lad and 2 mates. 10 till 3pm. 120 acres of woodland, and scrubland. Few bunkers and buildings scattered about. Smallish group of about a dozen or so. Got absolutely destroyed by a couple of young teenagers and their dad in Gillies. Covered in welts and splinters. Really nice marshall/owner. All the players were super friendly. Lots of different games and teams regularly swapped about. Highly recommend the place. We will be going back again soon. Half the travel to our other site in Chester. Got given some great advice about setting our hop ups and tactics. My new krinkov performed great, but it's bloody noisy. 😆 Pissed thru BBS, almost 3 full tubs between us. I liked just sitting in a nice warm comfy sneaky place and waiting for my victims to come to me. A successful day, and our best so far.

Undoubtedly one of the Double Eagle MWS clones. Around £350 depending on the model but they are all very solid and trade blows with their Marui counterparts. Leaves you another £50 for a second mag, but expect to buy more.
-
The VFC Colt M733 Commando, if imported, will set you back about £400. However, as Impulse said you'll be hard pressed to find a GBBR under £400 that's worth having... If you are open to move from the M4/AK platform... the WE G36 is cheap, cheerful, works fine ootb and retails about £280 in the UK
-
If you're only budgeting £400, you're not getting a good m4 or AK, partially because magazines tend to be £50 per mag and they're only 35rds each, so you will need at least a few. Not an m4 or AK, but the KWA mp9 has always been pretty decent and would come within your budget, including mags. They apparently do eventually need parts replacing later down the line for steel parts as some of the stock parts will eventually give up, though mine haven't gone yet. That said, I don't use mine much.

just joined this site today so I'm sorry if i put this in the wrong topic. I am thinking about rejoining the hobby again, after leaving the hobby nearly 8 years ago. I'm wondering what's the best GBB m4 or ak platform under £400 new or used. will be playing outside, ideally what is easy to upgrade, easy and cheap to buy parts for.

Got this from Gunfire a couple of years back alongside another gun that I'd paid for them to add a mosfet to. Instead they added a mosfet to this, completely fucking up the wiring in the process. If you know anything about these you'll know that there is absolutely no internal battery space and that the trapdoor under the handguard for said battery space is prone to flopping loose. The gun is completely dead due to the wiring being chewed up partly by gunfire, partly by myself. I was planning on having it rewired to fit into a PEQ styled battery box on the outside of the handguard but nothing ever came of it. uses V3 parts but won't take a standard V3 gearbox shell due to the need for a hole for a reciever pin to go through. internals inside the gearbox shell should be fully compatible though - springs, piston, gears, etc. last i checked a replacement gearbox specifically for this could be bought from tiger111hk if they're still in stock idk postage included in my price. included is 2x midcaps and 1x highcap.35.00 GBP

Got this from a fella on here a while back and while I love this piece of "no you" it just doesn't get used enough and is so bulky I have nowhere to actually store it so it just finds itself in a corner of the spare room all the time. I've fielded this twice and have taken more surrenders than times I've had to pull the trigger. Its an absolute blast. Fully functional and looks to be partly improvised in its construction. I've been informed this is an old Craft Apple Works produced piece, but I can't say for definite how much of it is original as some of the smaller stuff like the bolts have been replaced and some of the edges along the rail for example are a bit fuzzy and scuffed and don't seem to mate flush with the frame beneath. Not sure if it was always like this, or a part has been replaced by the previous owner. Its cranked by a hefty winding mechanism in which the barrels are rotated awkwardly by hand counter-clockwise (you will not be spinning this like a cowboy revolver cylinder, trust me). the further you wind the more tension the spring is put under and the quicker it rotates to the next chamber when fired. Speaking of firing the trigger pull on this thing is immense. so much so that I thought the firing mechanism was broken on arrival because I was too much of a pussy with it the first few times I tried to fire it. the trigger just keeps going and going before the firing pin actually starts to poke out. Much better than a hair trigger in something like this though. Its a heavy package which ontop of the trigger pull makes for a very heavy workout. I recommend using your non-dominant hand as the trigger hand so you can finally give your wanking arm that much needed rest. All six shells are of smaller capacity so around 70-90 bb's if I had to guess. They should be gas tight and are currently holding maintenance gas nice and tight as I type this. 3 have recently been maintained and given new valves by myself, i cannot speak for when the other 3 were last maintained. the foregrip is just one i stuck on to make handling it a bit easier. the foregrip is a bag of shite and should be replaced with a sturdy grip of your own choosing right away. collection welcome, and I'm happy to post but postage will be £10 due to the weight of this behemoth.100.00 GBP

Price is final as the magazines alone is worth more given a new SMG8 mag goes for £45 in shops, want a quick clear out, shipping will have to be quoted on top of the £100 due to the weight. This is the long discontinued, aliased version of the WE SMG8 with correct MP7 external and marking. This purchase is ideal to upgrade an SMG8 into something that's realistic. Listed as boneyard as semi-auto is not reliable, sometimes it catches the sear, sometimes it doesn't, happy to demonstrate in a video for serious buyers. Full auto function normally.100.00 GBP

My ppsh-41 (ABS stock version) that I’ve had for almost a year but selling as I have another aeg and don’t use this enough. It’s got some wear around the magwell and other areas from general use. The drum holds 2000 BBs and is a hi cap wound on bottom. only thing is one of the rails that the mock bolt runs on lost its small c clip so it would move forward about an inch. This didn’t affect the ebb and it’s now superglued down and has held for the last couple games it got taken to. externally it’s not the best. Used to be two tone red so the inside of the stock shows some residual paint. Externally I tried to weather it a bit (quite hard to do on a plastic stock as I realised) so it doesn’t look as good as it could but it’s passable. Could do with a re spray I think if you don’t mind showing me some pics of your gear or memberships if your gonna buy £80 posted80.00 GBP

Got this as part of a bulk deal and is in need of some TLC. The paintjob leaves a lot to be desired - not the worst and not the best. It's not tacky like some plasticote shite, but it's clear the previous owner tried to handle it before the paint properly cured. Nothing some paint stripper can't correct (at least on the metal). the plastic grip paint seems to have settled well. the gold areas are the worst offenders. Internally the gun is sound, well cleaned and lubed and cycles perfectly fine. The mag is a bit of a fussbag. One minute the hammer valve has a small leak, the next minute its gas tight, then it leaks again. comes with a basic ammomax paddle holster with belt hook. probably the only thing that both looks and works as intended lol open to offers but nothing crazy low. I'd rather fix it up and run akimbo with my other deagle than let it go too cheap.70.00 GBP
