Honestly from what I've gathered when speaking to Viva, it seems stock, there's certainly no proprietary issues that I've been told about, so at this stage I would say that it's essentially an SSQ clone in it's entirety Literally the first thing I asked for when they initially announced it! Although don't expect it anytime soon...whilst the body modifications would be easy, unless they licence a VFC or TM system (good luck with that), it means either "cloning" it or developing your own entirely...at which point it risks being a cool paperweight.

If they do 556 variant....I'll be over the moon .

Hi Zarrin Thanks for the compliment mate. I actually started off with this Z Carry Handle Rail and heavily modded it to suit. I did it several years ago, now I'd just ask someone to 3d print one. The bit that the C-More sits on is just 20mm bar I bought from Ebay and bolted it to the part that forms the Carry Handle bit. Rich

Some beautiful pieces in that collection mate, love all the 60s to 90s / cold war era stuff! Question regarding the quoted colt 9mm carbine kit: what is that forward carry handle mount you've put your C-more on? I think I saw it on the Garand thumb m16a2 video and have actually been looking for that mount ever since but with no luck. I want to mount my own C-more that way too. Any links or pointers as to where I could find it would be great!

That's why I love GBBR too. Plus the realism to their operation and strip down. Gives me some nostalgia to my time in the Forces, still remember the whole weapons drills for the l85 off by heart haha.

Hey all I wanted to make a post here to give a shout-out to Henry at Airsoft Tailoring - https://airsofttailoring.co.uk/ He makes some handmade accessories for Airsoft, and I picked up pretty much all of them from his store. I messaged him as some of the colours I was looking for were out of stock, but he said to order them anyway, and he would make them for me. Let me say these accessories are absolutely great quality, probs better than some I have got from airsoft shops. I will run through some items below as a lot of these are very nice for P90 owners. P90 3D Printer Stand This thing is so simple yet awesome all the same. IT allows me to safely display my P90 without worrying about marks from a gun rail or it falling over. It looks great on the side and shows off the look of the P90(I know it's like Marmite, but as a Stargate Fan, I love it) P90 Quick Release Sling and Strap combo I looked for a good strap for a while. I wanted one that sat nicely on the chest so I could rest the P90 there to pull a sidearm if needed. Most mounts like this are full harnesses. I already run a harness for my belt under a PC, so I didn't want another like that. This strap gave me that option with a quick-release Cobra buckle,too! Very Solid and I feel safe letting go of the RIF P90 Stock Extender A 3D-printed stock extender makes it a little bit nicer to shoulder the SMG if you are a bit taller, but also provides much-needed battery space. Slots on nicely and feels solid. My only minor gripe here is that the extender is grey and doesn't match the rest of the gun, but I may get a rubber butt stock cover anyway, so that doesn't really matter. Barrel Bag A small accessory, sure, but still needed at most sites. Very durable material and has a nice, long elastic too. I wonder how they do this- partnership with Noveritsch, or go straight to the OEM of the SSQ (presumably KJW) and manage to sidestep any licencing issues at the same time Either way, the pricing seems good in comparison to the base cost of the SSQ. There is the double bell AEG version apparently on the way....

Same for most of mine, and I can’t add the one that didn’t get renewed as it says I reached my maximum number of adverts, even though I deleted most of mine. It’s a shambles unfortunately.

That's why I like running GBBs so much. Limited ammo forces me to pick my shots, and reloading under fire feels incredible when you nail it.

There’s a CQB site attached to the back of Extreme Airsoft near Leicester who have pistol only events and occasionally have special buy a pistol and a couple of mags and get a free game where everyone plays with that pistol and 2 mags. It’s an interesting game, very strategic where you have to choose your shots and make time to reload rather than just running in with a 250 BB midcap in a silent M4.

Hopefully they'll do a 5.56 variant.

The other thing to look out for is there are different cyma systems. There's the vfc based and tm based. The vfc are generally regarded as being better quality and in my experience they are as my vfc based aks-74u is better quality and fit than my tm based ak47-s. Just something to think about when trying to fit external parts.

Have the modded the system much? These are really cool and I would definitely pick up the black one, but I remember people saying the SSQ was quite inconsistent to play with.

I always dread seeing UPS. So I try to stay away from overseas RiF purchases.. but if they are getting a shoutout and others say no issues had.. I may have a quick Look!

Thanks all, this thread has given me more options to consider. I play a mix of outdoor/indoor but was ultimately looking for a single solution for both. I didn’t realise how finicky the impact type’s were around the surface they land on, but on reflection I guess that should be apparent. Frag C looks good for the price compared to the others, limitations above notwithstanding .
