LMKipper Posted Tuesday at 08:52 Share Posted Tuesday at 08:52 (edited) FYI, I ordered from WGC last year and no declaration for parts, it sailed through. Placed another order last week and just had an email from UPS asking for my UKARA for parts! Filled it in, will update as it goes on... What I was trying to say was my first order sailed through with no customs or RIF declaration (also only parts, similar value) but my latest one has been picked up for both. Thanks for clarifying that, I should imagine that now most EU suppliers are paying the duty at source, they're focusing on other regions for maximum revenue generation 🤬
LMKipper
Well this has turned into a right saga. Filled in their little form, got another text saying I needed to submit more info. Went on the form and lo, it didn't work and I had to email them instead. Sent the email, then received further requests for info but nothing more I can send. Next I get an email saying it's cleared and I need to pay the fees, so I pay the fees and it says I need to provide more info again! Having sat in the warehouse for another two days, I rang up the customs team at UPS today. They said it had cleared and if I needed to book a delivery I should speak to customer services. After a transfer to customer services, they said it still hadn't cleared customs... After much department passing back and forth, they've booked a delivery for Monday. Let's see if it turns up eh!
