Walkie talkie antenna recommendations

I'm want to change my standard Baofeng UV-5R antenna and was wondering if there are any brands that stick out for being better than others, or at least brands I should avoid.

 

If possible I would like to shorten what I have, as its a tad long and limits the places I can place my walking talkie

I use a Baofeng BF-888s, very cheap and easy to use.  In my mind perfect for airsoft.

In all seriousness this is an improvement over the stock one? Can't hurt for the money.

I wouldn't say improvement, just that it works for my purposes at the Depot.

 

Not that I bother with my Baofeng now, it's a bit too Captain Shoutybollocks.

If we get teamed up we can use them.  Might be better than my friends. " I am  entering the tower hold fire on it"  Friend proceeded to throw his BFG in to the tower. He claims he was arming it as he heard me and threw it out of instinct. ?
