Pewn
I've got an old asg g36 and I was wondering if you could use a JG or some other manufacturers complete top rail as the one I've got is damaged?
Supporters Gepard Posted February 21, 2019 Supporters Share Posted February 21, 2019 Hit and miss really. Different manufacturers, different specifications. However I would imagine it would be fine. It would seem this part is pretty compatible with all sorts of brands. Worst that could happen is you order it on Amazon, it doesn't fit and you send it back and try again. Supporters Adolf Hamster Posted February 21, 2019 Supporters Share Posted February 21, 2019 internal parts generally yes, they're pretty standardised (although iirc ics is known to be a bit picky) external parts are more of a lottery, it could be a perfect clone in which case yes, or a totally different system, especially once you leave the comfort zone of the ar15 platform. as gepard says you could try ordering on amazon and returning if it doesnt fit. Pdubyuh
is the ASG a clone of anyone elses G36 do you know, TM for example, if you know what its based on you can then see who else has copied from that model and source the bits from the cheapest clone version?
