I'n the Mall it's hard to distinguish between ricochet's at times (for me at least), so I just assumed it was a good hit. 

 

I got a couple like that on the concourse, three flights of stairs to go down and up again, but when in doubt take the hit.

My fitbit recorded me going up 98 flights of stairs when I played the Mall!

The paintballer who doesn't listen to the game intro and then has a tantrum when he thinks "headshots don't count" but the marshal sends him back to spawn anyway
