Why not do both?

Wont be any point soon.

With Brexit Scotland will separate from the UK and then people would have to pay import duties when ordering from him. This will mean his prices wont be competitive and all he will be left with is the Scottish market and they have no money.

Already on top of that ;)

Currently in the process of setting up Inward Processing Authorisation so I can take international jobs without having to worry about VAT/Duty.

As you might imagine, there is an insane amount of paperwork involved.
It's not dissimilar to Futurama!
