Supporters Finius Posted October 21, 2012 Supporters Share Posted October 21, 2012 Extensive googling has yielded poor results in my ever present quest for the worlds most hench M4. As a result, I'm turning to you; the people of the most holy temple of airsofting - AFUK. What I want to know is this, how does a B.A.D lever fit? What I want, is to stick one on my TM-compatible AEG (note, that's old TM, none of this recoil system business), for cosmetic purposes. Which version do we think will respond best to the hacksaw/glue assault that will most likely be rained down upon it? Cheers folks!
Supporters Airsoft-Ed Posted October 21, 2012 Supporters Share Posted October 21, 2012 I thought they just replaced the bolt release catch? Why would you need to hack at it or anything?
geoffreym
they allow you to release the bolt, after a new mag has been inserted, with your shooting finger instead of the M4 slap. no use whatsoever on an AEG though. http://dunamisf.ipower.com/store/product88.html
SheriffHD
youtube is always good, M4's are based on the realsteal so parts like the BAD lever will fit almost the same. Maybe this video might help.

Supporters Finius Posted October 21, 2012 Author Supporters Share Posted October 21, 2012 You'll need to do a second 60 hour week to afford one of the damn things... Just shelled out forty quid for a tiny sliver of aluminium...Damn you magpul and your ridiculous habit of making airsoft parts cost more than their real steel counterparts My M4 is gonna look crazily sick though! Supporters TheFull9 Posted October 22, 2012 Supporters Share Posted October 22, 2012 Where on earth was charging £40 for a PTS BAD? I don't remember what the RS costs since I bought mine years ago, but the PTS ones I have definitely weren't that much, something like 30 US dollars. Fire-support, £34 for the lever, £4.50 for postage and then an extra £1.00 for paypal fees - came to £39.
