Thanks so much guys, pretty sure even the manual said to oil the mag in jamming etc so covered there too. When the hop up works the guns amazing, really is great. Pity I got the 1 in 1000 that doesn't work right. As far as I know fire support are great at customer service so should be ok, gonna cost me a fortune to send it back though from NI.

Hey guys I bought a recoil shock Scar H been having problems with a jamming midcap mag and tried all sorts of bbs, oiled it which helped but hasnt completely eliminated the problem, I don't know if this will affect the hop up or not but just thought I should put it out there first. Basically I set a target at 45 meters on the dot and fired some shots before adjusting my hop up till it shot straight, that was fine and dandy but about 10-15 shots later it begins dipping down suddenly falling short easily by 10m. Adjusted the hop up again and it doesn't do anything, set the hop up completely off and restart the whole procedure which goes exactly as before. What's going on? A TM should not be doing this with 0.25g excels! Or at all.

I have read the manual 3 times and it has been beside me everytime I shoot, the manual isn't great when it comes to the hop up part, the gun says hop with an arrow pointing down, I have been spinning it down for more and its not worked, I habe also spinned it up and it hasnt worked. Then when it does finally shoot upwards as soon as you change it again in anyway it just starts shooting down. When that happens it doesn't matter how fsr you turn it in either direction it does bugger all.

Took a photofof the mag jammed as requested by fkre support do will let them reply. Another thing, sometimes when I shoot and have the hop up perfect I put in a new mag and then suddenly they are flying upwards, then when I adjust again they will only curve down, no matter where I put the hop up , then by magic they begin shooting straight again in their own time. I don't get it. I just assumed spinning it up would give less hopup and down would be more. Or when it was set up for 20 meters then moving back to 30 the bbs obviously would start curving down and falling short so adjusting it by giving more hop it cause d the same thing to happen. Starting to get a little annoyed now.

Yea I'm contacting fire support atm, they thought it was strange too , to be honest it doesn't surprise me haha I have terrible luck.

Hey guys I have a Saber 3-9x40 scope I used to use on my .177 rifle, it has 11mm mounts for dovetails, is there anyway or any accessory etc that can allow me to fit it onto a 20mm picatinny rail?

I am wanting to get my scar done in Kryptek mandrake or highlander

Found some silicon oil did what you said and alot better, not perfect but a big improvement 4 or 5 dry fires out of 90 bbs

Yea has to be the magazine I just went to empty it and 14 came out then I had to tap if on my hand for the bbs to come up again and repeat, my luck to throw out an old can of silicon spray yesterday lol

Does it sound like a magazine issue to you ? You mean just the magazine first before sending off the rifle if needed?

Well it happened again... took the mag out and a few bbs drop out, then once they fell out I noticed the bbs weren't pushing up, they were inside the mag a little, if I poke around a bit it works again for a while. I have been using Madbull precision match, also tried my cybergun bbs and a few other brands, none were any better than the rest so I really do think its a magazine issue?

No she fires like normal just blank fires though. I played with the magazine there and it was working much better! 45 shots and 4 presumably misfed ! Think maybe because its straight out of thr box that the magazine was maybe a little tight and needed broken in.

Hey guys well my new TM recoil scar arrived today really nice gun but she isn't shooting all the time, so I had already read the instructions and checked for jammed bbs etc and checked the magazine as best I could. Now I did notice it seemed to be worse in semi, shot 2 times out of 15 shots. Full auto it just randomly stops every now and then, got a little bit worried so stuck the barrel cleaning rod inside the magazine to check the spring was in tension apart from getting the rod stuck between bbs haha when it came out the bbs flew too so I guess there was no problem there. Anybody any idea? It is the 90round magazine that comes with the gun. Is it gun or magazine?

Just thought I would give an update on this incase anyone is in a similar situation, I went to gearofwar in Newtownabbey Northern Ireland and they said for £15 they could reduce my 1911 down to 328fps, without affecting hopup, accuracy and the blowback! He said about something being put in the barrel I think, it was a brief convo but I will give it a shot for the price, maybe will get some more details for you guys too

Well thankyou for your advice I had read some reviews and like you said the accuracy isn't great, alot of people said the hop up was useless, its an impressive looking gun but for 450 you would expect it to perform close to the externals. However I don't have anything to worry about because I have purchased the TM Scar so all is settled !

So I went down to buy the TM Scar and ended up seeing another gun that looked really nice its the Magpul PTS Masada AKM. Anybody know what would be the better gun?

Has anybody played this game? I got it over month ago and I love it! I have been missing the World war 2 games badly and this kind of took the war then through it into modern/futuristic warfare while still making the over all feeling your playing a classic game. Really one of my favourite games of 2014! The story also seems to be really quite long unlike most modern campaigns, im only 25 percent through and being the trophy hunter I am I have been searching every nook and cranny and just enjoying looking at the graphics and maps!

I bought a lovely new set of multicam clothing, went out with my dad metal detecting and he said the only time you wouldn't see me is if I was on the other side of the bush lol so doesn't sound like it works well for Northern Ireland anyway

Well it's not because it's CQB but just because in Northern Ireland it's law so really even if I was being a sniper the same restriction would apply, yea the I think TM recoils seems to be it then, can't think of anything better for the money at that fps! An MP5 wpuld be sweet though! I do like to stand out from the rest one reaon the scar appealed to me as I haven't yet seen one on the field here

Yea haha I'd hope it would get me something good lol! Well originally I had the vfc vs the scar but I thought that the Marui had wayyy better internals which tbh wouldnt need anything done to them, the vfc had great externals but left the internals less than desired. If I did the vfc up it probably still wouldn't shoot as accurate or as far as the tm even straight out of the box, I'm guessing at least since the vfc would still have a 328fps restriction for me. Then on top of that the TM would still have the recoil feature as an added bonus, I just can't imagine an upgraded vfc to 328fps with new tightbores etc would still be as good as the tm?

Thats a nice rifle! Had been looking at the Scar H by TM at the same price.
