Anyone know of a video for disassembly of dynatec timed grenades, couple of mine need a good clean but cant find anything anywhere other than written instruction.

I can't find it but essentially it was just: 1. run the top of the BFG under hot water for a minute, 2. pop the top part out of the plastic shell and watch for the spring. Reassembly was the same - just put it face down on the ground and push the plastic body onto the metal face/top of the grenade as it takes a fair bit of oomf to go back on.
