    Oh god, I have really dug myself a big massive hole by choosing to do IB higher level french which is the equivalent to doing AH/university level french next year.... I am screwed....

      Ah fair enough if your alternative is sqa, IB is still a proper pain in the arse though, you have to do so much extra irrelevant crap.

      the school had a massive talk over the course of months talking about SQA vs IB. The fact that SQA is memory based puts me off, the learning curve is also steep, then exams, then no work, then suddenly masses of work again. With IB, it's a steady learning curve and although there is extra irrelevant crap, one of those crap can actually give me an excuse to go airsoft skirmishing :D
