If you're serious about this as a playstyle, look at the G&G TR16 CRW. Machine pistol M4 for the win! I'm certain you could make a holster to strap it to your thigh as well. I saw a thigh holster for a full size MP5J once, and ^this is waaay smaller than an MP5J.
Money wise that costs a bit but now I don't have to modify my current rifle and I'll have an AEG sidearm that lasts longer than those crappy AEPs.
I did not even know G&G made that!

I see. Maybe you should check out paintball. It's closer to this playstyle you describe, than airsoft. They are even training in this style, and have proper techniques and equipment to do it. It's quite possible you would find more fun in a paintball game.
Paintball is way too expensive and Airsoft is the only sport where I can look cool. I do like the tactical aspect of Airsoft but only in bigger areas in smaller tighter maps I feel like I need to be a lot faster and sneakier instead of a head on frontline role that I take in the bigger games. This is why I'm still kinda waiting to get a Real Sword AK before I take the stock off my M4. It'll act as more of a side arm in the big battles.

Just check out how many real world "CQB" units use guns without stock.
If you want to get the gun on the target the quickest way possible, you will need practice. If you raise the gun to your eyes a few thousand times the exact same way, you will learn that to do it the most efficient and quickest way. Without a stock there is no fixed pivot point for the gun and the gun ends up in different position every time. In CQB most of the time you and your opponent see eachother the exact same moment. You will need to put the red dot on him faster than he aims at you and you need to hit him with the first shot. A lot of practice and a stock helps you do that.
But we are talking about Airsoft here. Where most guns including mine have absolutely no recoil and the fact that my life isn't exactly in danger. This means I can start playing Quake style except replace jumping with super cool slide maneuvers! And like I said when it comes to guns without stocks. Aiming goes out the window. If I wanted to aim I would keep the bloody stock on.
-
Well it'd be easier for me to carry around in small environment but I care about my speed and flow more than my accuracy. From a movement standpoint a folding stock would work fine in CQB but also considering the fact that it is CQB we are talking about... well I hardly doubt accuracy is many people's priority.
-
Finally somebody who realises...
He has a point but I play airsoft to have fun and look cool. I'm not exactly the kinda guy who prioritizes winning and/or practicality. I wanna look cool and have nice and less rigid flow when playing.
-
Lol I never use my sights. Any face pro I wear raises my bloody face above the actual sights themself so I never bother. I'd rather have a stock-less m4 with a one point sling.
I'm hoping to get a Real Sword AK in the future anyway.
-
Well... I was planning to turn my ak into a bullpup but then everyone was like, "U NEED UKARA TA DO ALL THAT SHYTE!", "U NO ALLOWED TO DAT!", "BULLPUP'S R SHYTE!", "U GET ARRESTIED!"
Lol don't listen to 'em!
Just Paint it Black like that Rolling Stones song.
My dream project is to rewire my M4 to the front so that I can use a stock-less M4. It'd be a great CQB weapon but I don't have any experience with gearboxes and such.

Lol last year was kinda cool. Although I missed out on the Sunday game as I lost my eye and face pro after finishing the Saturday game. It was fun though. But seriously I'm not going again till I have my own car because public transport and taxis are fucking useless and I had to be driven back to the coach stop by Rick.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there are only two Makarovs made for airsoft and both use CO2 so shoot a bit hot to be site legal. Unless I'm completely wrong of course.
The Tokarev is a viable option though. I'm after one of the KWA ones:

A blowback Tokarev by KWA for only that much? That's great! I want one now!
-
Get a Makarov dude! Or a Tokarev!

Yes it's legal if you have a defence. And even if you don't nobody is gonna know or harass you about it.

I am genuinely so happy with the sensible and legal advice this young man has been given. Well done this forum.
Why is my sarcasm detector going off the charts here?

Alrighty another London venue! London has the closest sites to me. I live in bloody Eastbourne and there aren't any bloody sites here so I have to travel to London whenever I want to play. But yeah another venue.

I went to like 5 shops to try and find this stuff. Not even Tesco had it and then I saw a Morrison's and was like "May this store grant me it's treasure..." And I was looking all over the Kitchenware aisle I saw Cif Actifizz and Cif Easy Lift and and Flash and all that crap and I couldn't find it. Then I realized "dishwashing aisle!" I look around and when scanning I see a green bottle flash in the corner of my eye... 'tis the Fairy power spray hiding beneath the other products. I've never been so happy about finding a cleaning product.
-
Ah alrighty then...
...looks like I'm gonna spend my not so hardly earned pocket money on a bottle of that.
-
Just wondering and maybe this is a stupid question but is Fairy Powerspray an item I can find in the local convenience store?

Why you guys always spell STEEL wrong??
I could understand the Americans spelling it wrong but you guys too?

I swear at least every year these guys have to be brought up. It's like a ritual to just have at least one topic on JBBG once a year. People need to use the search box above instead of making the same topic again.
EDIT: My bad looks like osiris just bumped this up and necro'ed this post.
And I contributed...
...someone lock this topic

Mate your rig is WAY too loose!
Unfortunately that's as tight as it will get and I have a very high metabolism so tightly fitting my plate carrier is nigh on impossible.

Airsofting in the rain
in General Discussion

I do love playing the rain. One time I slipped in the mud and I got my gun covered in the stuff. It looked so cool. But I did have to clean everything afterwards.
