  1. "Illegitimate requests for purchase will be reported." I can hear the UKARA police sirens already.
  2. If you're talking about Zib getting a part from the US then no, they would only be the middle-man as they can't export from the US themselves. It requires a US exporter who is registered to deal with ITAR exports, you'll have to fill in paperwork, end-user agreements etc, then they will file it to get an export licence. I would say it's probably not worth looking at parts from the US.
  3. Yes, they are the same company. The company they are actually trading under (NOVELTY ISLAND LIMITED) was voluntarily struck off 2 months ago. Although I suspect they have just forgotten to update it to their new company: NOVELTY ISLAND MANAGEMENT LTD, which is what bbg4l trades under.
  4. You could say that, but it's not a defence under the law so would likely be rejected.
  5. Gifting is fine. It's an offence to import, manufacture or sell a realistic imitation firearm, without the end user having a defence. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/38/part/2/crossheading/imitation-firearms
  6. They are entitled to overprice the item, and people are entitled to talk about it, it's called a public forum for a reason.
  7. You don't need UKARA, that's just a scheme to help retailers determine if you're an airsofter or not. It's beneficial to have, but not a legal requirement. If the imitation firearm is to be used for airsoft, then it can be painted black. If it's just to be hung on the wall or used in your garden then it needs to remain two tone. You don't need UKARA or any other defence to purchase two tone coloured guns, you just need to be 18+.
  8. That's okay, I'll pay for it using my mystery wallet! Will it contain £500 in cash, or just a 4 year old condom, it's a mystery!
