    Everyone keeps posting guidelines, but let's look at the actual law: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2021/364/schedule/1/made Paragraph 4 doesn't apply, but let's look at paragraph 6... The regulations define "outdoor sports gathering" below:

    Yes, they are the same company. The company they are actually trading under (NOVELTY ISLAND LIMITED) was voluntarily struck off 2 months ago. Although I suspect they have just forgotten to update it to their new company: NOVELTY ISLAND MANAGEMENT LTD, which is what bbg4l trades under.
