    Lol. I had that gun made by KWC, except in shiny silver ABS. Was utter trash but good fun as a plinker, it made about 10m tops with a 0.2g... and that outer barrel would never be "metal" it was plastic fantastic, the whole thing! JBBG is a pain and allows the likes of *certain banned members of Z1* to make reviews on £5 guns saying they'll out perform a £150+ skirmish rifle. I'm all for cutting corners and making things cheaper to save expense (fell out with my local skirmish site because I refused to abandon my MP5 DMR project...does the same thing as any other SR25, just smaller and lighter- they didn't like that for "realism" but happily allowed box-mag M4's!) but JBBG takes it too far. The one thing that gets me the most is... THE COMMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!! Here's some comments from the "WELL D98 DRUM" i.e. M1A1 with drum mag, which has 255fps and hits 42m...?!: Jazza This Gun Rocks! Get it now!! moody-fish29 is this the same as the m1a1 cause its the same price as it on other websites. the m1a1 has 328fps this only has 255 so r they the same? didy does it come with a charger Ben Is this gun good enough for skirmishing? Answer ASAP rob How is this gun different from thw M1A1B Rayman12 I own this gun personally i say it is amazing very accurate and very fun Skids Oh my god jizzzzzzzzzz dman woo first comment get this gun it is awesome FIRST COMMENT?!     My airsoft addiction is getting so bad, I use AEG as unit of currency. :( The last week has cost me 2 AEGs.

      What's the exchange rate like at the moment?

      1 AEG per 200 Sterling?

       

      Sounds like an expensive week either way.

      It does vary. About £150... buying an AEG any higher than that is just brand power, or an LMG. :P

    Lol. Cheaper to import an S&T Mosin Nagant, with an SRC TT-33 Tokarev and a spare mag, than it is to buy the rifle on it's own from Z1! haha

      Is the S&T the Zeta Labs one? 'Cos I know Ares, S&T and ZLabs are all under one umbrella now.

       

      Could you review the Nagant if you get one? My brother would kill someone for one but I'm convinced it'll be no good. Just got a feeling.

      Inclusive of customs @ 20% it'll cost me about £350, but before taxes (including $103 shipping fees! :o!!) the total is £288...

       

      Yeah it is the S&T/Ares Version. I love Ares so much, all their guns are fricking awesome from my own experience, although never tried their gas versions...!

      Take it back, it's not that much more. I've never used an NS2 system... how do they work better in the cold, exactly? :P

      And It'd cost me about £130 to import a single KWA + 1 extra mag, + taxes!

      I'm not sure how they work, but I've seen a KWA NS2 Glock 26... I think it was a 26... But anyway, full metal and it got through an entire mag and the slide locked in very cold weather. My TM Sig managed about 15 shots but the slide didn't even cycle on the last shot. So better than TM in the cold, it would seem. I wish I'd got the KWA Sig now.

    Just found out my site won't allow me to make a non-sniper style weapon a DMR! Just lost some business... suckers!

      surely if locked it to semi they could not refuse it i know my sight allow that just buy a spare selector plate and file it down so even if you select full auto it would only fire semi all i would need to do at my site is pop a screw in the receiver to stop me turning the selector switch to full auto some sites hey..... and ed that would be wicked to see and imagine the bragging rights

      Indeed! I've built a DMR MP5 before. I took a broken G&G Mp5A4 with a V2 gearbox and did a switch-a-rooney with an old A&K SR25. Then I had 2 working guns, and all I needed to do then was wire the MP5 for lipos, and sort out a decent barrel and hop. Simples!

      Oh just wait until they hear of my MP7 project... how I'm gonna make it 300+fps I don't know.. best there is out there is the MAG 130% spring+piston sets!

    Looks very similar to an AEP gearbox. Or that used in an Uzi... Personally, I think it is a custom made gearbox for the gun.

    Just landed myself a nice project gun. It's a G&P/Systema M4 RIS with a handful of electrical issues! Worth in the region of £900-£1000, got it at a bargain of about £450! Nom <3 (This is how to play airsoft and be jobless!)

    Some cheap NBB Gas M9 and a spring revolver... Wtf? Why?! I should have bought a Nerf gun... I can shoot the people I love without getting locked up/drop kicked by the girlfriend!
