  1. Thanks, I will check that out. Thanks, I will check this out, and thanks for the app link.
  2. Cleared all my old messages, so not a storage issue. Not sure what running a picture through a compressor means to be honest, don’t know if my iPad can even do that.
  3. It wasn’t pleasant, saying no more. ?
  4. Constantly can’t add photos to messages now, get file to big, even cropping still says file is to large. Anyone else get the same.
  5. Came off really easily, No locktite
  6. Yes MWS gas blow back version
  7. Has anyone changed the stock pistol grip on the Mk18. What size allen key is needed, and is it hard to undo, ie have they used lots of red locktite. Thanks.
  8. You need to remove your adverts for the Glock air pistol. Only airsoft guns can be sold on this forum.

  9. Very true. Looking like a gen 5 GHK is not going to be released anytime soon though, if ever, as Umarex are stopping them, unless they do it without trades.
  10. Any North East Uzi or Sten gun owners out there, are they any good.
  11. I had 6 of them on Used Airsoft.
  12. Wont get the same kick you get from the GHK though.
  13. Been hearing rumours that the steel slide GHK Gen 5 Glock has been cancelled. I emailed GHK & to my surprise they answered. It seems that Umarex won’t let them release it for sale, didn’t say why, but they said maybe at a later date. Disappointing.
  14. Sounds like a nozzle problem if it’s happening with all 3 mags. Make sure the nozzle is not fouling against the hop unit.
  15. Looking forward to the GHK Gen 5 Glock 17, when it finally arrives, was supposedly coming out end of March. Probably March next year the way it’s going.?
  16. I did try, but get no answer only put on hold, so guess they are busy. I did contact Firesupport, they checked some can’s and they were plastic. Maybe it’s new stock that have metal.
  17. Patrol Base & some dealers on Amazon are stating metal fill nozzle, so confused. I prefer plastic nozzles myself, for me they seal better. I know they put metal nozzles on their Vertex gas, and I have seen the Brut sniper gas with metal nozzles & they used to be plastic, although I think that it’s now discontinued.
  18. Quick question, are abbey putting metal nozzles on their ultra predator gas now.
  19. All good now.?
  20. Yes sounds like bollocks to me as well, have opened a dispute yesterday evening, not escalated it yet but will if they don’t refund today.
  21. What’s people’s view on Defcon, I have used them a few times without problems. But I ordered a pistol from them a couple of weeks ago, paid by PayPal. I decided to not go ahead and cancelled before it was despatched. Was told 3-5 working days for a refund but 9 working days later still waiting. I emailed again and was told that the refund team were working their way through a backlog. How many refunds do they have that it takes 9 days and counting.
  22. A border force manager told me they decide what is and what isn’t a RIF. Apparently, according to them any airgun can be a RIF if that’s their decision. I know that any airgun is legally classed as a firearm under the 1968 firearms act, if it’s classed as a firearm it couldn’t legally be described as a RIF because it is an actual unlicensed firearm. Border Force make up the rules as they want. I had this out with them and in the end had to get my MP involved and I insisted on a written apology from the police as they called to speak to me 3 times. I got the apology in writing after complaining to the chief constable of Sussex.
  23. Think this has rather gone off topic.
  24. If we get a Labour government next then I do fear all shooting disciplines will have more trouble, I would think that what are toys legally will be far down the list. Most of the RIF’s we use in airsoft or also available as .177 airguns don’t forget, so you couldn’t ban one without the other being affected. Shotguns after Plymouth will face more restrictions I am sure, after all it can’t be the police’s fault that they gave back a seized shotgun to a very sick individual to go out and murder with. At the moment it’s proving very difficult to obtain primers, powders for home -loading ammunition and buying factory ammo even .22 is difficult around my area. Even the NSRA shop at Bisley had little in the way of lead pellets or .22 ammo last weekend. No shops can seem to offer an explanation as to why things are in such short supply, and when you can find them they are often 30% to 40% more expensive. A ban by the back door perhaps. Maybe we will find that shops can’t get hold of gas or bb’s sometime in the future.
