  1. Oh he's dropped the price on it
  2. "Upgraded" Sig M18: https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/gas-powered_1/upgraded-sig-m17-bundle_i87298 Almost every part listed will make this thing run worse lmao
  3. Stanags are fine, it's just a weird issue with the Vmags.
  4. Nah that's, that's just the quality you get when you buy Ali. Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe shit. Maybe worth shimming it on the one side to see if that sorts it. If it's on an AEG it should hold zero okay enough.
  5. I think the G&G mags are a different design to the KJW ones? (G&G absolutely love cloning things and then changing everything so that it's not compatible anymore). I know the magazines as a whole aren't cross compatible so it's probable the knock arms, etc aren't. Side note after tinkering with the M700 I got recently, what an absolutely Acme-ass firing system they have.
  6. I think we're agreeing with each other here, yeah.
  7. The VMags have a feed track that's too narrow, and you need to butcher it a bit to allow the BBs to stack properly.
  8. Yeah sadly there's a good amount of "get what you pay for" with GBBs. Not always the case, but generally like CF said the clones are cheap for a reason and don't last.
  9. I'd definitely look at TM options. The others can be fixer uppers, or are just a shell for the ugliest aftermarket kits you'll ever see lmao.
  10. Another stonkin' Andreyy deal: https://www.usedairsoft.co.uk/rif-s/gas-powered_1/ks-1-kac-royal-marines-commandos_i87164 Land Warrior do it new for £750 and even with all those extra trinkets, £1200 is a joke.
  11. Eh, I guess it depends on how serious is serious. It's part of the LARP to engage with it as if it matters. Otherwise it's a bit like turning up for a five a side and telling everyone to chill out and have a beer for the 90 minutes. Obviously it's games at the end of the day and you shouldn't go burning bridges over the results, but IMO it's more fun to take it seriously while you're playing it.
  12. If you're around the Central Belt of Scotland I have a sneaking suspicion we go to the same site. 😂
  13. People really sell a discontinued gun as "ultra rare OOP not many of these left ££££s" when they should really be valued as "you will curse the bastard who sold you this when you find the first broken, proprietary part in it with no hope of buying another."
  14. For me, the objective of Airsoft is to win, and I do my best to win while playing fair. The *aim*, is to have fun doing so. It's a balancing act IMO. On the one hand, going all drill sergeant at your team and getting up in people's faces over the results is bad in any hobby. On the other, you kinda ideally want your team to be energised and giving it a good go. A very small minority of players seem to think trying at all is a bit cringe, lmao. I find it's fun to try and gin up folks for a push, or to hold a spot. Most people want to get stuck in but get a bit lost or a bit overwhelmed, so giving them a job tends to work. If they're hiding behind a tree all game as the action moves away from them, a gentle nudge to come along with a few others seems to work. Especially if you remind them why they're there. That's way to cool a gun to not come push up with us, you wanna cover our flank while we try and go straight in?
