I bought a TM recoil 417 and am currently waiting on the mortgage for its upgrades to be approved.

I think that is the case, but they may well be fitted in with sealant too.

This is GBB so it's the mags that make the whole lot heavy. The gun itself isn't bad at all. Not fond of the FN/SCAR UGL, its design doesn't match the SCAR to me. I'm mostly happy with this now, except maybe needing slightly taller scope rings.

I'll have a look into it. The block itself is probably pretty basic and the regulator will come out. Looks like there's a channel drilled inside that's blocked off with a plug on the left. Adapters are probably fairly simple too. The pin's probably pressed or bonded in. Making adapters for ½" UNF is probably as easy as any other.

If taking an AEG from a 275mm barrel to ~210mm will i need to change the cylinder size due to the ratio or will it still work ok? Also how badly will it affect the range by losing 65mm of barrel length?

If anyone can post some detailed pics of the block the capsules screw into i can tell you if it's something i can make with different threads to suit different capsules.

The pitch is wrong. 18 TPI is roughly 1.4mm vs the M16's 1.5mm.

I've used them a bunch of times and had no issues at all.

Don't know about the G36s, but my VFC MP5s didn't come with an NPAS. ☹️ Is it because they have the lugs to join them and the sides aren't flat? I cut all the lugs off my 55s mags and they're still a pain to get into most pouches.

The VFC SCAR-Hs have a nice hard kick too, and come with factory NPAS.

Got a pic of what you're after? G3s usually had an HK-style birdcage. If you mean a long 4-prong type that sounds like a G36 flash hider.

As Kiwi said, the Acetech Blaster M. I've tried to buy one before and they're out of stock everywhere except Evike US and some place in Italy. I'll see what others fit when it arrives.

I think the front pin was a little tight, but otherwise it went straight on.
