L96A2/L115A2 springer, another cheap wallhanger I've rattle canned with a 'Kewl' desert pattern cam. L96/Arcti Warfare, left stock & un painted simply coz I like it as it is. SMLE mk3, springer, previously a tow-tone but cleaned up fairly well by the previous owner. Thompson 1921, a denix replica in full 'gangster' mode with 50 rnd drum mag. Thompson M1A1, a rattled ex two-tone which needs a much better paint job. Sten mk2, denix replica (weighs a bloody tonne, in fact all the denix stuff is heavy). MP5SD6, retractable stock, had one years ago & craved another one. MP5, hard stock. MP5, based on an Iranian Embassy pic with slim hand guard,retractable stock & humungeous SL-20XL torch on a crane mount. Mp5K Sterling mk4 L2A3, rubber prop, Cleaned a couple in the TA in my youff but never got the chance to fire one (as a chef in the ACC attached to the RA my spatula skills took priority). Steyr Aug, does the Falklands defence force count? EM2, rubber prop but cool as F*^k. L22A2, springer wallhanger. L85A2, with Daniel Defense hand guard, LLM01 & SUSAT L85A3, with fore grip/bipod & Elcan scope with RMR. L85A1, springer with iron sights & bayonet. L85A1, replica with susat & BFA. L85A2, with L123A1 UGL M230 GLM/UGL L131A1 glock17, does exactly what it says on the tin. L9A1 Browning High power. Sig Sauer L105A2 Sig 226, aquired a couple recently. M1911, got a few in different styles including a denix. M16A1, more of an VN than a UK. C8, Canadian version really. L1A1 with bayonet & wooden furniture, well it's really a rubber prop in need of a better paint job. L1A1, ares make. My first entry into airsoft (second time round), Love it as it was my personal weapon in the TA. L86A2, yeah I like bullpups 18 in total. Most have scopes/sights accessories to a certain degree, & lots of slings boxed away(most slings look messy on wallhangers IMO). I'm sure more of my collection have a link to UK armed forces but with even more tenious links than those above.

Only due to the mags... They're all 30ish bb's so either need more mags which weigh a tonne or you refil midway through a game, I opted for the more mags option, managed to pick up extra's at decent prices but I'm a fat lad carrying a damned sight more than just extra mags. Not managed to complete a game properly using gas but not the GBBR's fault, I put it down to midcap syndrom mainly but zero regrets buying GBBR's. I do take an AEG as a plan B tho. Currently have 3 GBBR's & would happily buy more in the future.

To actually be helpful for once... my AK 'hole' was a bit tight (oo-er) so I got a couple of these from ebay that fit great... I imagine they'll even fit in an AR15 butt stock too but I've not tried yet. Airsoft 7.4v 1400mAh 20c LiPo battery Vapextech LP051 (8.4v Replacement)

I use these... https://www.vapextech.co.uk/airsoft-7-4v-850mah-30c-lipo-battery-with-case-lp007-vapextech I needed a small battery for my L85A3 so bought 5 of these, I use them in pretty much everything except my AK's & AR15's as they mostly need a narrow stick or nunchuck style. They're ideal for my Honeybadger due to the short butt stock.

Use a shorter battery. My Honeybadger is the same so I use a smaller lipo.

At my current massiveness I'd say the DPM chestrig but if I was a slimmer & fitter person I'd say the Mk4 Osprey but that's because I'd like to be more milsimy. I do like the idea of using the ACU FLC but tbh it's crappy cam for a Scottish forest (MTP is crappy too), old school DPM PLCE would be my go to if I could only pick one.

We still have a few & even claim to have the highest in the UK but you've no chance of seeing me climb it.

THB looking at your previous questions to the hive I'd be surprised if you didn't know about nunchuck batteries and the various types on the market. The link you posted is illegal in the UK so where are you based? I don't want to be a doubting betty but is this a fishing trip?

Well... I started with an old set of 58 pattern coz it's what I wore in the TA but remembered how bloody heavy it was so got a set of PLCE in DPM which was fine until I thought 'Osprey looks cool', after wearing a set of Mk4 for one game I thought 'holy shit how can people wear this?', I then bought a battle belt with a six point yoke which suited me fine until I went GBBR ish and realised I needed loads of mags and pouches for them but once I was game ready I realised most of the mags were out of reach most of the time, I stuck with the belt until an alice set took my fancy but the mag pouches don't sit right with either 20 rnd or 30 rnd pouches, the US influence stayed & I went all ACU with an FLC which I was delighted with coz it fitted my AMPLE frame, I then went all OCD and got more ACU from Germany & the US with a TAP but it's too front heavy when magged up so I got an old issued DPM chest rig off ebay & it's the comfiest & most practical for me (so far), holds all the mags I want & I've fitted a holster to the short & only bit of belt it has. Basically the biggest hinderance to any kit I've tried is my fat gut & the chest rig sits on/above it nicely. p.s. as a fat lad I've had to modify every bit of field gear except the ACU (US army must cater for fatties) & the DPM chest rig. p.p.s. at some point of all that nonsense I got some Bundeswehr field gear in case I ever took my G36 or G3 to a game but I've not used it or them yet. p.p.ps. the ACU cost a fortune in postage so I'm unlikely to use them in game. p.p.p.p.s. thank god I'm a collector.

Think I've only managed 4 games in 2024, I really should try harder in 2025. If I didn't get as much pleasure from having & being surrounded by my pews it would be a 'total' waste.

It was a two tone from BBguns4less, always planned it to be a wall hanger so quality wasn't an issue.

Might be worth taking 1 aeg as a plan B or C I really don't get to play often but I always go armed to the hilt, usually take 2 GBBR's & a couple of AEG's, Iwant to use my GGBR's more but for various reasons I always end up using an AEG as a plan B.
