  1. I am a newer member here but I have bought a few RIFs and had no real issues. The biggest gripe for me are the listing's that don't have "collection only" clearly stated on the post. Or they have "looking for a quick sale" but never reply to messages 🙄
  2. I have just given this a go, and it took a bit of fighting, but I managed to scrape off the rough edge at least. Might see if I can find some fine sandpaper to remove the rest. It seems that the bulge on the sides here is intentional; all pairs I have found images of have this. I think it's to seal around the dip in the face where the eye socket is, but my pair had a rough edge there I was just curious if this was intentional, and it seems like it is. They feel more comfortable after giving them a trim. Now to cut s hole somewhere for ExFog to go lol
  3. As it seems most replies are just going to be "You bought fakes" here is proof they are not: Images of my goggles: Clearly has the Revision logo Lenses have a revision copyright on them, Clearly with the correct ratings The frame also has the Copyright and also the correct rating. Now tell me if im wrong repros wouldnt go to that effort? Revision goggles from Revisions website : Identical except for colour Now let's look at the fake ones that are sold on ebay No R logo on the top, No lense rating and the side is clearly different. I have done over 40+ hours of research on goggles. I wear glasses, and it sucks to find goggles when you have to wear glasses. I have bought and returned over 15 pairs because they didn't fit or were too small. I may be a new player but I am not an idiot who falls for fake items. Does anyone have any advice other than, you bought fakes?

Hey, Looking for a functioning, basically unused P90. I am not worried about attachments etc I can get those just need the base RIF. Not looking for a meta gun or anything over £200 as I want to try upgrading it myself to learn how. Wanted to see if there were any available on here before buying a CyberGun one from Patrol Base. Send me some offer/pics and let's see if we can make a deal! Postage must be an option as I don't drive Thanks

  5. Weirdly looking at other images of these googles it seems to be standard, which is odd because it makes them a little uncomfortable. It's better with a balaclava under, but it seems an odd design considering they are meant to be military standards lol. Not sure how I can fix these to resolve the issue.
  6. Pretty sure they are genuine ones, they look identical to the ones on the Revisions website and have all the trademarks, and came with the revision-branded cloth, etc.
  7. Good Afternoon Legends! I have recently bought myself some Revision Spider Wolf goggles from ebay. I wear glasses and have obtained the Rx inserts for them. Anyway, I have an odd issue with them, and I wanted to know if all pairs are like this or if I was unlucky with the ones I got from eBay. They are the perfect size and fit well in all but 2 areas. My temples. See, this is where the issues lie, it looks like the rubber seal is bulging outwards. I am not sure how well the picture shows it, but they seem to bulge towards my face, leaving indents in my skin. To start with, I figured it out because they are likely unused or new, and the rubber needs to wear in a bit. Is this normal for these goggles, or have I been super unlucky and bought a dud? I can get another pair as i will be butchering these somewhen to try fit Exfog, but would be nice to know if theres a chance my next pair will be the same? Thanks! Punisher
  8. Update: wanted to update in case anyone in the future has the same issue and finds this thread. I swapped out the recoil spring with a stock g17 one and now the slide locks back, when its locked back the mag releases easily. If the slide is forward the mag still gets caught but I am going to put that down to the the lower receiver gripping it slightly. Wont be an issue when I get some long mags as I can just pull them out. I guess i could get different mag bases or mag pulls too
  9. Good Afternoon All! Apologies if this has come up before, I have searched the forum and the newbies guides but couldn't find an answer. I just got this RIF and added a solid M16 Stock on it (because why wouldn't you, look at it) Unfortunatly, the battery cable which was meant to be used as a buffer tube housing, is too short. It stops at around this red line As you can imagine this make connecting the battery impossible. I could technically keep taking the stock off but the screw to connect this is small and took a lot of effort to get it in. So I am thinking of getting a small Deans extender cable and wrapping in with electrical tape to prevent it disconnecting to extend the cable a bit. I wanted to ask here first as I know LiPo's can be temperamental will that effect anything if I add a 1-2 inch extender? I currently don't feel confident enough to just wire a longer cable directly, perhaps once i meet a few more experience air softers in person, I may ask for help but currently I don't have that support structure around me except for you guys . Thanks Phill
  10. Hmm doing this I found that the spring is fully compressed before the slide reaches the groove for the catch. I have ordered a stock recoil spring as it was like £4.00 and seems a quick swap to confirm. Are there any benefits to having a stronger recoil spring. I know it makes the slide return quicker so you can fire again but is that worth the slide not catching?
  11. Good Evening all! I recently purchased a pre-owned WE G17 High speed (The split slide one) I notice after receiving that the slide does not lock. I have seen this pistol in videos and its definitely meant too. After doing some investigating I noticed the slide doesn't go back far enough to reach the grove where the catch springs up. (This image is me holding the slide fully back) A few things I have noted: This receiver is not the original, it has no WE markings and says it Gen4 (stock is Gen3) This gun has had modifications: Maple leaf hop chamber and barrel, out barrel is different (its threaded, stock isn't) The magazines also get stuck a bit, when I press the mag release they don't drop, I have to pull them out or slightly pull the slide back. Now my questions are: Does the slide not lock because of the different receiver? Did the previous owner who upgraded also change the recoil spring? Could that make the slide not reach? (The slide is very hard to pull back, I have other GBB and they are very light compared to this) Is losing the locking slide worth the upgrades? Should I try and get a Gen.3 receiver? If I carry on using it without slide lock, will it damage the gun? should I take out the slide catch? I am a new air softer so I am sorry if these are obvious questions, I bought this assuming it was stock, I was going to get these upgrades anyway so its a pleasant surprise for sure. Thanks for any advice Phill
  12. Update: Following on from my last post where I mentioned a pair of Wrangler camo cargo trousers. They are a perfect fit and have the stretchy material I was looking for. They have plenty of room in the legs for movement but they are not massively baggy like those others. I order 44W 30L as thats my normal size and they were still a bit big around the waist so I returned and got 42W 30L and they are the best trousers I have owned for a long time. They fit so well I am going to grab another pair in black as everyday trousers! In case there are others who are not a fan of overly baggy trouser or are struggling to find a good fit, highly recommend these: Wrangler Authentics Men's Relaxed Fit Stretch Cargo Pant Casual (Amazon UK) They have sizes from 29"W - 50"W (29"L - 33"L) and a variety of colours. For airsoft use, Black, Tan, Olive Drab and Multicam are the most useful .
  13. I guess I am a bitt apprehensive as there isnt much info out there about the SA ONE series. I cant even even find out if its easily upgradable. I just dont want to be one of those new players that accidently spends like £300 on a poor gun. The SA SA-V26 LVOA is £289 on PB and has an ETU but no MOSFET which I am guessing at this price point it should at least have a basic one? I have not installed a MOSFET myself so I am unsure how to do that or if it can be done on this gun.
  14. Hello, I apologise if this has already been answered previously. I am a new air softer and I am looking for a Primary around the £200-£300 range. My main site is primarily Woodland. I came across the SA SA-V26 LVOA AEG and liked the look of it. However when I tried to do my own research there are very few reviews. Any videos I found were not in English so that didn't help much. Here is the gun: Patrolbase Does anyone here run with one of these? Are they decent or should I be looking for something different in my price range? I have thought about a Cyma Platinum M4, Cyma Blue MP5SD6, P90 or something similar but as most of you probs know making that first purchase is hard when you like so many gun platforms lol. Thanks in advance
