Thanks for the reply! Yep, filling them correctly, the bolts seems to run OK, doesn't drag and takes little force to open, though the nozzle sticks in the hop chamber quite tightly so that could be a source of resistance. Haven't checked the nozzle since I opened and regreased it, though it was at least second hand to me, so it could be a shot o ring like you said. Sadly there's not a lot of WE gas gun users round my way it feels like. I've seen one other l85 in the wild but I don't know the guy. I should mention as well that I would probably like to get a dual valve if possible anyway as I like them better. My hearing ain't the best and I'm better with feeling the mag go cold to determine fill level like with my mws mags :😀 Thanks again for the reply! I'll take a look at the o ring and get back to you. In the meantime if anyone else knows the answer to my dual valve question I'd be grateful as well Cheers!

Hi guys! Tried searching as ever, but I couldn't really find a hard and fast answer for this so here we are. Basically, I struggle to get a full magazine loads worth of gas into my WE magazines. I try the listening method but usually I'll get to the 28th/29th shot and then I get failure to feed even when I'm using deliberate fire (1 round every 6 seconds). Same when I hold the gas on for up to 30 seconds. I was wondering if it would be possible to fit a TM style dual valve to the WE magazines in order to aid with filling sufficiently, and if so, does anyone know what valves would be suitable? I've done my googling and come across a suggestion that the aap01 valves are dual stage and should fit, but I don't know if this was for pistol mags only. For reference, I'm using a mostly stock L85 with the older ra tech npas (non magnetic locking) and haven't modified magazines at all. I have added the washers at the back of the bolt as it is the older style with no reinforcement. Thanks for looking!

Hey all! I tried searching for this shop on the forum but came up dry. I've done my usual Google fu and found one sort of positive review on reddit, but I trust reddit as far as I can throw pyro. I've managed to get an original Star full length g36 with ugl, and I'm trying to source a decent full length handguard so that I have options. To my surprise, Star still have their website up, and they link to this shop as the place to buy. They have exactly what I want, but the prices look waaaay too good to be true. So I'm hesitant to tale the plunge. Hoping that one of you lovely lot have some insight 😀

Hi all, Tried searching and dint find anything regarding this. TL/DR: anyone have any experience with repairing battery connections with an idea on what I can do to get this thing working again? Full Story: I managed to get a hold of a real PEQ-2A a while back, tested it and it worked no worries. Fast forward a short while after and I've gone to have a muck around with it and a mate's nv, when to much horror I discovered the batteries had been left in by me and burst 😭 I got some white vinegar on the contacts ASAP and gave the contacts a gentle scrub with cotton buds and checked function, still worked so I breathed a sigh of relief and moved on. Fast forward again and now the unit appears to have issues again. With batteries inserted the indicator light will flash on for less than a second and no laser gets emitted. Looking at the battery caps, I'm wondering if the connectors could be replaced as they are fairly corroded whilst internal ones look alright. Anyone with some insight would be greatly appreciated. Pics attached for reference.

Hi all, Have finally decided I'm never getting another G3 unless a VFC with 8 mags magically drops in my lap, so I'm selling this genuine wood furniture. Condition is very good, if it weren't for some scratches I'd even say super grade. Also included are the original pins. Stock appear to have had a spring removed by the previous owner to fit this to a JG, however this is the only modification. The previous owner chose to modify the aeg rather than the furniture thankfully. Sling is also a genuine issue one. Unissued but due to age is starting to dry out slightly, but still plenty flexible and could be restored with oil or saddle soap. Not looking to split, all or nothing I'm afraid. Price is £150 collected from Southend Essex, or add £10 for postage.£150

Much obliged guys 🙂 I think the only modification is the removal of a fixed spring from the stock, so I don't know if that would stuff it for adding to a gbb g3. I know for a fact that for a JG aeg, you'd either have to shave a LOT off the receiver and barrel mount (ask me about snapped g3s) or irreparably modify the furniture to fit. Should drop onto an LCT but never having held one can't confirm. Edit: also yes, they DO smell awesome. Like an old tobacconist mixed with a blacksmith 😆

Hey guys, Not sure if this is the place for this as its not a full gun, but I have a stock and handguard with original pins for a G3. They were previously on a JG but the previous owner molded the gun rather than the furniture (aside from the stock recoil spring). Any ideas how much these would be worth? Is there even much interest for the wood furniture? All advice gratefully received 😀 Edit: Sling is also original, slightly dried out but still pretty flexible.

Hi all, I'm looking to sell my A&K M249 mk 1. It has had the following work done: 1. Airsoft Pro Hop unit with ZCI bucking 2. Pre built CNC gearbox with a weaker spring installed. The original gearbox unfortunately died so installed this as a full replacement without opening the new gearbox. Spring can be changed via quick change system. 3. Custom battery connection with fuse. Can be detached inorder to remove gearbox from aeg if needed. Also included is the original box magazine which has been modified with a velcro flap to allow refilling the magazine whilst attached to the aeg (please see pictures). The sound control is still functional. Please note: A&K M249s have a rep for feeding issues and this one is no different. I have found it to be inconsistent when it comes to whether it will feed, but apparently this can be fixed with the bulldog hop unit. However, I no longer have an interest in using this aeg, and as such am looking to sell it on. I am looking for £300 as is, but am open to offers of part exchange for m4/m16 externals/accessories, particularly old style ones.£300

This is now 99% done. Not exactly clone correct but passable at 15m 723 alike. Had to get the mock flashlight 3d printed and then screw the pistol grip in in possibly the most cack handed way, but at least its solid. Just need a butler creek flip cover to hide the front of the "flashlight" XD

For sale is my Tippmann M4. This is the V1 model that has been modified with a TDC (unsure of model), Orga Widebore 6.23, KAC URX III style rail, Magpul style stock and G&G green hop rubber. Included with this is everything in the picture, including: 4x Tippmann M4 magazines 1x Tippmann air bottle 2x Tippmann air lines (one tested working, other unknown) 1x Ninja Air line (Untested) Konus LVPO 1-4x24 with mount Original manual Spare parts including a tournament lock pin and C02 parts. Please note that this has been tested as functioning and working, and the receiver tabs are intact. However some parts may require replacing or modification to get the best out of it. This is *not* being sold as skirmish ready due to FPS variance (not outside the norm for Tippmanns, just not to my standards and can be fixed), and the price reflects this.
