  1. I don't really know enough about them to pick styles, I'll just look for something I like the look of.

I've been through all this about 800 times and have yet to realistically consider buying one, or taking my CBT, there's also factoring my mum into it, because she'll probably just shoot me in the head if I buy a motorbike.

I worked my way around that by buying it before telling her :P Mum came home from work to find a shiny bike sitting on the driveway XD

TBH there is not a huge difference in performance between a standard commuter bike, and a 4t "sports" bike. Only like a 15MPH difference, better acceleration but costs more, and higher insurance.

If you want proper sporty looks and performance get a 2t, however it is technically illegal to ride unless restricted on a provisional license.

Have a look at a Yamaha YBR or a Honda CG or CBF, They are generally the cheapest of the good bikes.

  2. I bought my bike off eBay, although i'd probably avoid that if you're not that confident at looking at 2nd hand bikes etc. Can find some nice bargains on there though.

BikeTrader (autotrader) is probably a good start to look at.

You after a particular style of bike, or just need something to commute on?

  3. Avoid Chinese bikes at all cost.

I belive i did my CBT on that or something very similar. Wouldn't do more than 50mph.

They are just rust on wheels. Within a year it will be broken. This is from experience. My friend bought 2 Chinese bikes, both quickly died and they were only 1-2 years old. I then badgered him to get a 1990 Honda CG125 for £600 and it, as Honda usually are, was the benchmark for reliability.

Get a normal 2nd hand bike.

But yes all you need for a 125cc is a CBT (£110~), your provisional license and insurance.

  4. The G&P aimpoint I had was crap! think M_P had one that was equally pants! The dot would turn itself off with the slightest knock.

Price wise would depend on if they are new or used and the condition etc.

Had the same experience. Used on a WE M14. Few shots and it turned off XD

  5. The PS4 and new Xbox will be close to High-mid ranged mainstream PC gaming. However with the jump forward in console capability, PC games will also be able to jump forward as they won't be held back. There will always be a large gap between PC gaming and Console gaming, as theres a delay between PC tech and then having to scale it down for console use.

Looking forward to the next gen consoles just so i can get some really pretty PC games XD

  6. No problems :)

I have played ARMA 2 or FARMA as we nicknamed it, after running around fields for hours haha. Havent seen anything of OF yet, will check out some gameplay.

There are expansion packs. Including a PMC and British one that is mainly desert based, if wooded countryside isnt your thing :P

  7. Was gonna say... did we not get H&K to do the L85A2 design? :P

Modern weapons coming out of Germany are just awesome pieces of kit. Just look at the differences between the M4 and the 416. XD

Might see if i can get a placement over there.

  8. Holding up heavy stuff when it's far away from you takes more effort, do you know nothing about fulcrums and pivots and all that physics shiz? Pfft.

Where did the "Do you even lift?" thing come from in the first place? =/

    Moments! It's called moments.

And as above. It's from where anything and everything comes from. The Internet.

  9. Well I expect that by now everyone not only knows but is bored of my opinion of AR15 varients, but I'll confess to wanting to give 'em another go with one of them, Tariq!

How much do mags that can take CO2 cost... anyone?

Yeah im not usually an AR fan either, but when i saw the 416 i had to give it a go. Really wanted a new GBB, but wanted something other than a G36 and the AK's were only just released so i'd give them a miss.

It is a beautiful piece of kit. Feels and sounds so crisp its awesome.

CO2 magazines for it are £40
