For those asking about the strength of the plastics used take in mind that people are producing real steal weapons out of the stuff
Yeah out of better printers.
The quality of that part looks like the printer cost no more than £300.
The on at my uni however costs like £50,000. Smooth as silk, super strong and much more detail. Also does metal.

Yeah but even as they are, they can still do a fair bit of damage if you were to slip or something.
Although i still claim more damage can be done with a flash hider from a gun. Especially the AK slanted compensators.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Martial-Black-Polypropylene-Plastic-Training/dp/B00GYZK81Q/ref=pd_sim_sbs_sg_2 but then I saw something in the suggestions at the bottom of the page http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00GYZFK1E/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
A Kukri! It seemed more military and less ninja, but it should scare some ppl
Sites wont allow those btw. They do not bend.
I have a poly katana bokken which is solid as a rock. Training blade yes, airsoft safe not really.

Conversion charts dont work Ed.
Energy wise: 1J on a 0.2g would be like 330fps, 1J on 0.3g would be 270fps.
But joule creep actually means you get something like 285fps on a 0.3g which would mean 1.15J.
Thats 0.15J increase without doing anything to your gun apart from changing BB weight.
Technically however most sites state 350fps on 0.2g, not a joule limit therefore you havn't broken any of their rules. You would still be within legal limits too so not a huge thing to worry about.
This is a thing with GBBRs as the bb doesnt stop accelerating until it leaves the barrel, thus gaining more speed.
Picked up this today. took a drive to Poole to visit Z1.
Happy with the deal in the end as i asked them to price match milspec Solutions...so they did knocking £45 off their price!
Lol You'd think they'd just put down their standard price to match, rather than waiting for people to ask. Thats a huge gap.

It's fine at that FPS. Really.
Also you have joule creep to keep in mind. You might actually gain FPS when compared to the FPS/weight calculator.
Gas guns work in a weird but wonderful way.

but ukara dosent effect jbbg, do they even sell anything not 2 tone?
Yeah. They call them "pro guns". They actually dont have a bad range of guns but they're all overpriced, cheapo starter guns that they market as the be-all end-all of airsoft guns.
-
Really? That's impressive. I was planning on using it for short range and AEGs for long.
That's good news.
Iain mentioned the bolt catch on the right side. Is there no way to fasten it in? Melting some solder on the back of it or something? Or would anything extra being on it block the bolt or something?
Yeah GBBRs tend to shoot for miles. Plus accuracy is great on semi. Make sure you're running at least 0.28g with the RA-Tech rubber. My 416 would overhop 0.25g with the hop basically turned off.

Thats one reason why I use gas lol. No need to remember to put batteries on charge in the evening.

Not quite bought, but got this as part-ex for my MP7.
WE G36C and plenty of mags. HK FTW
Also found out my roof leaks so i can now drive to skirmishes in the dry and warm. New hardtop

Some arse decided to pull out (turning right) of a T-juction behind a SUV that had turned left (towards me).
Obviously the driver could see fuck all because the SUV was in the way, but he decided to pull out anyway...
Missed my car by a few inches!!!
Didn't get his reg number before he quickly decided to go the other way.

The grange is actually closer to Lincolnshire. Its in Coventry.
-
I could, but lack all the tools/ramp etc.
Plus the labour price isn't actually that much, its the parts costs that is the main bit.
-
And the problems begin...
Car going in for new front and rear brake pads, rear brake discs, and a seized caliper.
YAY for having no money

How's the rust? Spent all of Tuesday's looking at MX5's with a mate, the first 4 weren't a pretty sight underneath. Struck gold with the fifth fortunately. 1.8 Euphonic in red.
really good, especially for a '98. first one I saw was 3 years younger and was pretty much scrap. wanted £3k for it the bastards. found this one in the end, few bits of wear and tear, cracked side mirror but the stuff that counts is all solid. little exhaust rattle but that's being swapped out with a new stainless one soon.

Transit driver pulled out on me on the motorway and pelted my car with stones.
2 days in and stone chips in the windscreen and a chunk taken out the bonnet from what I would guess was a boulder not a stone.
Typical

Picked this up last night. YAY.

Why H&K are awesome.
Need to boost my H&K armory. 3 Rifles is never enough.
-
I know I know.
It's just I wouldn't be happy either way
-
I wouldn't really be "happy" about that lol.
More like a silver lined turd.
Just hope your insurance don't find out

I WILL SWAY YOU TO THE DARK SIDE ONE DAY!
Probably not
Having the Mx5 for a few years, then when i get the money getting a S2000.
Then also finally moving back to motorbikes when i turn 24
-
obviously not.
Just dont like the look, not to mention aerodynamics when you have them up.
Far too oldschool for my liking.

Amen to that brutha!
so many times there's been someone sat at the lights in their rediculous 'souped up' escorts, golfs and the like looking at me with the roof down and metal blazing from my speakers. usual hairdresser comments.
a little bit of VRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM soon puts a stop to that. needless to say at the next lights, their stupid tinted windows are rolled up and they aren't looking as smug
and anything upto and including an M16 will fit in the boot. It's a squeeze to fit two peoples gear in the boot (especially with a spare wheel, even if it is a 'space saver' takes up half the sodding boot.) but is possible.
What model you looking at? (anything other than a MK1 is for actual hairdressers, mind )
Sorry to disappoint, I've been looking at the 1.8L Mk2's Can't stand pop up lights.
Nice to know my G36 will still fit. Don't really care about other people's kit. If i were giving a lift, it would only be my brother who rents gear anyway.
Question is... to supercharge, or not
New guy question about revolvers
in Guns, Gear & Loadouts

I use a dan wesson.
Hop mods are quite easy and then you can range about 50m with them.
Reloading is easy, just empty the used shells into a pocket and reload. Speed loaders help.
You can power down by shells or modding the hammer.
Using a revolver isn't hard if you practice reloading. It's just as easy to kill with one as a normal pistol. Just limited shots, but i run gas so i'm used to limited ammo anyway.
