I'm not entirely sure but the plastic is very thick around the grip, I think there's most likely weights in the grip

As above, your best bet is probably impulse 101. There really isn't much you can do to upgrade it though but then again there isn't much need. I've got a nine ball purple bucking in mine but it's not made any noticeable difference, I just had it laying about. You could also buy an aftermarket inner barrel but it'd be a waste of money imo. You could get a metal outer barrel if you wanted the threads for a tracer or suppressor. I will say though, don't use green gas in this one during the warmer months, 144a or nuprol 1 is fine in warmer weather. I use green in mine only when it's very cold. I've not damaged mine with green gas but it's so snappy it actually puts the wind up me and it's really not needed

Thanks for the response everyone! Another question, have you ever done a forum skirmish? I'm thinking if enough people wanted to, we could book a field for a private event and come up with our own rules regarding loadout types and ammo limits etc 😁

I think it would be interesting to have a skirmish day exclusive to gbbr/gbb (and perhaps spring), has anyone one attended or encountered anything like this? With everyone having heavy, low capacity magazines and limited fire power, I think it would make for some fun gameplay! Would this sort of event appeal to anyone else or just me 😂!?

A very underrated pistol and imo amount the best TM pistols available alongside the usp, fnx and hk45. I sold mine but regret it now 😢 -
A red dot sight might be useful depending on the sort of site you're playing at

Yeah the m9a1 (rail) and US M9 (no rail) are the newer ones with the new hop unit and they are really good. It's the m92f and tactical master that are the older fixed hop designs -

Bought this new very recently and fitted a Waldo recoil spring, Waldo nozzle return spring and Waldo short stroke kit. It works well but I'm just not a fan of the style. It's never been skirmished, but I have chrono'd it at home at 300-320fps on .2s and green gas. It comes with the original mag, a vorsk 50 round mag and a raven mag but for some reason the bolt doesn't always lock back when using this mag. I'm asking £80 delivered£80

I had an lcp 2. It is good fun and can be used as a sidearm but it shoots a little soft, has a fixed hop and only 10 round magazines so don't expect too much from it Vs a full size sidearm. That said, it fits into your pocket which is useful if you don't want to use a holster, it's very quiet, surprisingly accurate and nicely made. Overall I would recommend it depending on your intended use for it 😀

I'd recommend a Tokyo marui, especially the hk45, fnx45, usp or a hicapa. I've owned a fair few pistols and those I've mentioned have been very well performing and reliable. If you're after a Glock the TM Glock 17 gen 4 and the Glock 19 gen 3 and 4 have a good reputation. The thing that puts me off co2 pistols is the fact you can't top them up with gas in-between games, you have to run the co2 right down before you change the cartridge which can be a bit of a faff.

As per the title I'm selling my Tokyo marui us M9. Not to be confused with the m92fs, this is the newer version with adjustable hop up. It has been used quite extensively as a sidearm so it does have some bumps and scuffs but nothing out of the ordinary from skirmish usage. It is completely functional and shoots very nicely year round. It comes with the original mag and 2 extras which are all gas tight and working. Chronos at 280-300fps (temperature dependent with 0.2s. I'm only selling as I have other pistols which I tend to use more. You will get the gun, the original box with all the original bits and 3 mags (including the original one) I'm asking £110 posted£110

Never been skirmished or really used at all. I have however lost the little plastic restrictor for the combat loop so it would be a bit loose on narrower belts. If you so chose you could remove the combat loop and use a different attachment accessory. Please bare in mind this is a left handed holster and must be used in conjunction with a sure-fire 200/300 or a replica. £40 delivered ono£40

I bought this fairly recently to use as a rmr. Having played a game with it, I prefer using my iron sights so it is now surplus to requirements. I was the op in the above thread and I ended up going the cyma platinum route. Only had 2 games with it but so far I'm very pleased with it. Other than switching out the hop rubber I really don't think it needs anything doing to it 👍

Ended up with a cyma platinum and whilst it's not a mp5a5 by any means, I am extremely happy with it. I got it from the site I marshal at and with my discount it was a steal. Ran beautifully all day today on a 7.4, and the semi response was snappy and healthy. Time will tell, but so far I'm very pleased 😀

I know there's very little likelyhood of me acquiring a TM ngrs ATM as there seems to be another TM drought atm. So the CES p is looking favourable at the moment. So long as it is sturdy and reliable (as Airsoft guns go) then I'm happy.

Hi all Desperately after a nice mp5, preferably mp5a5 and I was wondering what you guys recommend? know the cyma platinum line have some pretty good reputation but I can't get over the stock or handguard. It's the classic mp5a5 style that I'm after. Does anyone have any experience with the ics CES p?

For sale is my TM hk45 tactical. Not had this long but doesn't tend to get used as much as my other pistols so I have decided to sell it to make way for something new. It is only a few months old and has only been skirmished twice. There are some very small marks as pictured but nothing immediately visible. It currently has a nine ball power barrel, a nineball hop up rubber and 4 mags with nineball routers. The box with all original accessories and the original barrel will also be included.
