I've added a gun or 2 to my wish list, however for the life of me I can't find a button to actually see this list.

I've tried the followed content and selected classified ads but nothing comes up.

 

Am I missing something?

[I made a WE M14 HI-CAP'ish mag]

Thought I'd try and make a "hi-cap" mag for my WE M14 EBR.

 

No other reason other than can I make it and make it look alright.

 

I think it turned out ok. Holds about 120ish. Feeds and fires 98-100. That's 5 normal 20rnd mags or 3½ 30rnd spring change mags.

With a finger over the barrel the piston doesn't move untill you take your finger off.

There's a slight jolt forward but is minimal. 

No sounds of creeping. Then a thud when the finger is removed.

Hey guys,

 

I have a buddy who just got an A2 scout (short barrel). I'm looking to get one also if I like the feel of his.

 

Its shooting 1.6j (270fps) on a .45g with a 110Nm spring. This doesn't sound right with some googling I have done. Air seal is great.

 

Any ideas on why it's low?

I was aware it was called SS-Leto as well. I just forgot to add it in the description. If you check the same pictures in the Gun Picture Thread I have put SS-Leto down.

I didn't know Partizan was a cut, patrol base, where I got the plate carrier from, said it was Partizan camo.. so I just called it that from then on. Was only when I was looking for other kit I learnt about the SS-Leto.

My main load out is 8fields Partizan/SS-Leto camo chest rig, Partizan/SS-Leto camo top and trousers, AAC T10-S quickly painted with Halfords spray cans, G&G RK74-E recently sprayed up in Partizan/SS-Leto camo (not a great colour match but hey ho I tried), pimped S&T PPSH-41 (had to rebuild the whole gearbox after it broke after 100 shots..) and an SRU PDW kit for a WE G18c.

Recently got the AAP-01 assassin but not used yet.

My G&G RK74-E painted in Patrizan/SS Leto camo.

My first attempt with rattle/spray cans.

Used the Landscape-camo stencil kit. Unfortunately not an exact colour match to my chest rig.

The tan/sand colour is a little too light  but I'll dull it down and dirty it up to match and the green is slightly darker on the gun. But I'm happy with my first and only attempt at this sort of thing.

I owned an GK5c for about 2 years when it first came out.

Still one of the best guns I've ever had out of the box. I accidentally broke the hop chamber playing around with different hop rubbers too much. Luckily Got a replacement from a well known shop in Poland.

I used 7.4 lipos on deans and I never had a problem.

Shot straight. Lifted .32g but I used .25.

I was using lonex flash mags most of the time with little to no issues with other brands when people tossed me mid caps in a fire fight. (They do gk5c waffle mid caps if you can find them).

Got perfect size lipos from component shop after a quick measure.

Very few come up 2nd hand and when they do there damaged. I'm waiting for my ukara to renew (when covid f***s off) and Ive decided to get another one. 

Oh and only sold my first one due to lack of playing time and a change in circumstances.

I have looked alot into doing it myself. And i was just after the real cap tapped. use to paintball so have the air tanks and remote coil so on.

 

But out of curiosity how did you go about yours? Is it as simple as installing a q/d air nozzle into the mag and a regulator off a bottle to control psi?

[WE m4 CO2 mag fps problem]

Iv recently got a RA-Tech level 3 WE Scar. (not my first GBBR but first time using co2 mags)

 

Everything was tested in my garage which has been open most of the morning and all equipment was left for a few hours to get to the temperature of the day to simulate a game day as much as possible, Shade, no heat/sunlight, no pre warming things like that.

 

Green gas mags on a .2g iv set at 340fps first shot on average, weather conditions obviously will change that from time to time, then it comes down to about 330ish and then drops as usual blah blah.

 

I researched the co2 mags and I know they will put out a higher fps - so I knew id have to adjust when using. People said they found a 30-40fps increase from green gas. I thought that's fine I have NPAS so I can lower that easy. None of my many hours searching reviews and such said much difference about the fps increase. And all cases they were lowered with NPAS.

 

Popped in a 2.g so I could set the NPAS to 340fps for the new co2 output. I adjusted the NPAS all the way out as much as possible so I could start low and tweek it up but it shot 410fps and bearly dropped below 380fps through the whole mag. The NPAS is so far out I don't know how its getting gas to the bb...

so I tweeked it half way in case id lowered it too much and it was shooting 460fps (as expected..tho not that high)

 

Put in 3.g bb which I was planning to use and it was 390fps. adjusted the NPAS every few shots, to pretty much all the way out(again) and it was sitting at 340fps. The fps didn't drop within limits on a .3g until I had fired the whole mag and reloaded which then had enough gas for about 6 shots. And the recoil (as expected) pretty much bruised my shoulder with practically all the gas going back.

 

The Green gas mag on the all the way out setting on a .2g was at about 270fps first few shots (expected)

 

Am I a bell-end and missing something ridiculously obvious? Is there adjustment on the Mag valve?

Would hydro dipping be classed as 2 tone?

 

Granted some dull/dark matt colours and woodland patterns could be excluded.. but if the majority of the rifle was wrapped in blue or white skulls, for arguments sake, is that enough to class as 2 tone?

Or would the fact its a pattern and not a solid colour make my question retarded?

So, running an 11.1 lipo in my ares honey badger first destroyed the motor and then stripped the bevel and spur gear. Not bad for 9 mags into its life... I was alternating between 7.4v lipos and the only one 11.1v lipo I own specifically for the badger. it all went wrong on the 11.1v.

 

I have a new motor, a lonex A1. Recommended gears to replace the poopy original ones?
