Airsoft is an endless money pit. Be aware of your spending! I warned you. 😄

  2. Any recommendations for a holster? Plan is to get an FNX-45 when the UKARA happens, got a Nuprol NX300 light from a mate to go with it, so need something compatible with that.

So far I have a list of one - the DC5.

Omnivore bottom need some cutting regarding tracers I think but I'm not sure if I would do it by myself it's not cheap and you can't send it back it if it's butchered.

Kydex type holsters could offer you a solution but for tracer space you may pay premium and to my knowledge kydex wears your slide faster than anything else.

If you don't insist on a flashlight warrior systems ultimate holster could be a cheaper alternative but drawing isn't the best (I own one and you can't grab the grip properly while you draw it you have to readjust your palm on the pistol).

Cheapest solution is a gun clip style holster from patrolbase but FNX-45 trigger is very different in style compared to a Glock/AAP-01 so I'm not sure if it's gonna be compatible. TTI Trigger wasn't so I had to send it back.

Blackhawk Omnivore? I assume Nuprol NX300 would be a clone Surefire X300 so in theory it should fit.

That's capitalism for you. How they say it? Price/value always depends on how much someone willing to pay for it.

      "Airsoft is everything but realistic."

Never said airsoft is realistic I said GBBR is the most realistic thing you can get right now because certain things function exactly like on a real steel firearm. But if you don't count those features gbbr is simply too expensive and for the same money you can get better perfomance with HPA or a tuned AEGGBBR is extremely fun don't get me wrong but I could never justify to spend that much money on a gun and not just because I can't afford it. xD

AEG is way 'better' and cheaper no wonder gbbr is never a good choice for a beginner. GBBR is still so limited in 2022 compared to HPA or AEG's... But it's realistic you can't deny it.

Yeah gbbr is everything but practical in reality. Gun itself costs a fortune you spend a new aeg's price just on magazines if you want to keep up against mid or hi cap aeg's. Winter is troublesome for gas in general.

"Everyone" has/had one. Same with scorpion evo/high capa/glocks/AAP-01. I assume it"s very difficult to be unique nowadays.
