Well into my cars - but sadly due to a ex who is a complete c**t i had to sell my car to ensure i could look after my little uns when she fucked off with her new bloke. collect movie figures or stupid toys as the girlfriend calls them. most of my time is devoted to planning the perfect murder and getting away with it

She doesn’t know about the guns - load out costs me nothing as I’m serving infantry so she thinks i just have to pay for game time. Anyway compared to my last hobby of tuning my car its way cheaper

Had my 1st game last weekend with my son - loved it. Mrs understands i need my little hobby and as I don’t drink or smoke it doesn’t cost loads in comparison

Well had 1st game today and me and the young un loved it. Couldn’t stay all day as had to get home for the youngest but both of us had a great day. As its all a learning curve we now know what to expect / do better for next time. We hired the guns but like a fool i forgot to fetch our bb’s and whilst i was only taking aimed shots to conserve ammunition my young un thought he was Arnie in predator. I have ordered some de fogging spray for next timers young uns mask kept misting up as well as a lower face protector for me as i took a few well placed hits to the head. But 100 % be going again and be even better next year when my youngest can also attend.

Our first game tomorrow - so trying on the kit to ensure its all there and fits properly. Youngest cant start till next year but no harm in dressing up too

Anyone know of a T1 sight that will fit into the supplied mount tried 2 different units and no joy at all pic for reference

All the kids on the estate play massive nerf wars - he does not leave the front garden / back garden with this item as he usually has his big yellow gun. I’d like to think i am more aware than most of the implications of real fire arms and the damage they can do - i also am fully aware of how the police could mistake a toy for a RIF - but he isn’t going anywhere with it other than outside for a picture. A sergeant at work once went to a mess function as a suicide bomber and drunkenly asked home and in no time was surrounded by armed response so I understand the consequences of people mistaking dress up for real life. Both my boys are dying to start airsofting and i want to encourage this - my eldest is in the shooting team at school and i teach them both target shooting with my air rifle so they have a good respect for fire arms and the safety precautions required. All my RIFs are in padlocked cases stored in the loft of the garage and the air rifle is in a secure locker so no danger of my kids being able to gain access. i know society has changed but god when i was a little lad everyone played soldiers and had very real l.poking weapons - i even had as proper blank firing revolver around the age of 10. Whilst i can see why people react i also will reiterate i live on a army estate - and all the kids want to pretend they are like their parents and I’m not going to discourage an innocent 8 year old enjoying dress up The daft bugger is outside sat in the rain watching Airsoft videos right now The gun in question - in other pic was dirty as been in mud / dirt

The weapon he has is a battery powered toy gun that cost £5 - its not a Airsoft gun - its not a RIF its a nerf gun that are sold in every toy shop throughout the country so I don’t see a issue. If children are not allowed toys guns that flash lights and are quite clearly a toy then something is up - if he had hold of one of my RIF’s i could understand but he isn’t

We still have shitloads at work despite everyone supposedly being issued virtus - last time i used ecba was back in Northern Ireland. but yeah its not comfy They are some old practice grenades i found in the storage room at work during a sort out - had them years brought home for when the boys played soldiers out in the back garden

Eldest came home from school today so fitting him out with his kit ready for next weekend as he wasn’t keen on the ECBA i got him from my locker at work

I wish it was my back yard. Had some awesome kit in there - browning HMG’s , GPMG , M249 , GMG and some serious kit he UKSF fetch down when conducting ops from our camp. Think my little un has become obsessed - he asked me to give him a lesson on pairs fire and manoeuvre earlier and now he is in the woods at the back of the house practicing his patrol skills

Loved the L86 , was a big awkward bastard but if you needed to put rounds down there was nothing more accurate.

My youngest’ s kit - but he cant actually go till next year so teaching him drills and skills.

New to all this and not even been airsofing yet - 1st game is booked for 23rd may - but have a list of dream guns ill hopefully procure over the next few years. I’m lucky enough to own a few already but not finished my collection yet. I have the following : Umarex PSG1 Umarex G28 GBB Umarex HK417 GBB Umarex Glock 17 gen 4 But would like to add the following : TM NGRS Mk18 Snow wolf M82 TM SGR 12 shotgun TM MP5 NGRS A&K M249 Para I know the M82 is not the best but i had an exercise with UKSF and we got to have a play with some of the kit they use and so I’d love a replica. We used to have the M249’s until recently and again a gun I’d like a replica of - shame they don’t make a GPMG. What do you guys aspire to own ?
