    Well it’s Wednesday and my hip has finally stopped hurting from Sunday - the Right shoulder however is a different kettle’o’fish  :(

      Well I might need to book a visit to the Physio as the only thing still hurting like a “bar-steward” is the right shoulder - I think I might have done something slightly more than just “banged it up a little” …….
