is there a legal FPS limit for an AEG that doesn't get skirmished?

halo died after halo 3. lowered the skill gap with stupid abilities. flying around, sprinting etc.

its more to play around with rather than be used for skirmish etc. seems they are out of stock most places. discontinued?

i still find weird to this day its only 18+ to buy an "airgun", but airsoft needs the UKARA.
