Depends how you look at the company mate. The shop itself which I worked in was great, all the staff are friendly and even the internet side of the business. The main issue is that they dont sell airsoft guns because they love the hobby. They sell them because it is easy money. Which means they do alot of questionable things because all they want is the money.
Been out of airsoft for the past two years now mate so I havnt really got anything to prove. Still got all my airsoft stuff just incase I love it all again. I took pride in the work I did on peoples guns but to save money I was made to cut springs, use inferior grease, parts etc. Which took the quality of my work down. That did annoy alot because it was my name being put on all the work which came out of that shop because I was the tech there.
There were three guys who worked there who had no previous airsoft experience who they got to work on the guns. Bodges were made here there and everywhere. Quite often I would be handed a gun in loads of pieces and just told "fix it" because they couldnt do it. We got given every gun which was returned as faulty so we could fix them, some of the ways I saw how they fixed those guns were very questionable. On the outside they looked fine but open them up and jesus christ. Missing shims, badly placed/pinched wires. Not to mention the VSR rifles which were "fixed", they worked but for how long was the question.
