  1. Its fine mate no worries. It was nearly 3 years ago that I got sacked from that job. All in the past and many life lessons were learned.
  2. Depends how you look at the company mate. The shop itself which I worked in was great, all the staff are friendly and even the internet side of the business. The main issue is that they dont sell airsoft guns because they love the hobby. They sell them because it is easy money. Which means they do alot of questionable things because all they want is the money. Been out of airsoft for the past two years now mate so I havnt really got anything to prove. Still got all my airsoft stuff just incase I love it all again. I took pride in the work I did on peoples guns but to save money I was made to cut springs, use inferior grease, parts etc. Which took the quality of my work down. That did annoy alot because it was my name being put on all the work which came out of that shop because I was the tech there. There were three guys who worked there who had no previous airsoft experience who they got to work on the guns. Bodges were made here there and everywhere. Quite often I would be handed a gun in loads of pieces and just told "fix it" because they couldnt do it. We got given every gun which was returned as faulty so we could fix them, some of the ways I saw how they fixed those guns were very questionable. On the outside they looked fine but open them up and jesus christ. Missing shims, badly placed/pinched wires. Not to mention the VSR rifles which were "fixed", they worked but for how long was the question.
  3. Wow this post is old and brings back memories! I used to work for them for about 2 years. The shop in Wokingham closed down overnight and we all got sacked on the spot! Its an alright company but after working there you get to find out alot stuff behind closed doors. I would go on to explain what happaned but it will take way too long. Something which is alot easier to verbally explain. I live local to Mark who part runs the company. Havnt bumped into him in a long time but I heard bad horror stories about him when he closed down the CQB site. Seen alot threads which mention I was/am a bad tech. I personally think this was far from truth. Most of us in the shop fixed the guns but only 3 of us could do it to a high/good standard. The rest just bodged the fuck out of them but ofcourse because I was the main tech everything which that shop repaired reflected onto me! I
  4. Hey guys I am still on holiday but thanks for the people who pointed out that I can not comment on those things as I am not in control of any of that. I honestly dont care about how much hate I or anyone else gets at the shop as at the end of the day I dont care but as Mark said in his new video we sell BB guns and just started to sell "good" airsoft guns.... Anyways for you guys who are complaining about our customer service try giving us a phone, its much quicker, easier and you will always get a result. We will replace ANY damaged gun so long as the customer can send it back (we pay for postage), once that has happened you get two choices which is a replacement or a refund. If the customer does not want to send the item back then the item will not get refunded/replaced.. Please bare in mind we only have a 28 day warrenty (Might be 1-3 days out).
  5. We sell BB gun. BB guns are for back garden shooting. We have only recently started to sell airsoft guns. We are getting some TM sopmods and more TM pistols in soon. If you live local drop by sometime mate, I wont be there as Im going on holiday tomorrow. Anyways I dont want to ague with anyone but I will like to say that Jambwow does not play airsoft but he does professionally race RC cars.
  6. I would have been the guy who fixed it mate. I'm pleased that you are happy with it. Scott.
