    Strangely enough, I’m pretty sure 23 were wearing these in Helmand in 2008. I remember seeing them and thinking they were Paraclete, but seeing the UTG on the buckles. Not a brand I’d heard of at the time but they must have made a unit purchase

    You can pick up a pair of new or like new Crye G4 for £100-£120 one eBay. Now they are issued to Rangers and bootnecks there is always someone wanting to convert them to beer tokens
