Hi all, I am wondering which would be better build quality out of the three in terms of strength and durability of exterior parts. Internals can be chopped and changed so I'm not worried about that, but I am looking to put together a lightweight sniper loadout with an MP5k as a sidearm. Cyma is out as its versions are weightier than both. The TM's top receiver (non High cycle) is made of ABS and I believe the JG and CA Mp5k's TR (I believe its the same for the standard Cyma MP5k too) is made of pot metal. So I am wondering what would structurally be better. Maybe too hard to say and either of these platforms will be good? I am aware that the TM MP5k is old kit now and you would think that a new JG/Cyma/CA would be be much better in terms of build - but TM's seem to cost more and hold more value and TM also use a high quality ABS from experience. Anyone, as well as TM/JG/CA MP5K owners wish to chime in on build quality and general experience? Thanks

Hi Jim, Thanks very much for the reply. So it is possible for g3 and g4 gear to not have the black label according to those factors? If this is the case, I suppose there is very little I can do to make sure I am not buying repro or fakes and will just have to take the risk I guess. Many thanks.

Hi there, I have been looking for some newer Crye (I loved the older stuff) kit and have seen a lot for sale, but my question is - should all of Crye's product lines (more specifically G3 and G4) have these sort of labels on the garment somewhere? I can't remember if my older gen crye stuff from years ago had it or not. Could the lack of this label (I have seen alleged G4 and 3's without it) possibly denote a fake? Or could it be that the seller is advertising it as a G3/G4 but its in fact a "custom" where this label may not be present? I am sure some if the fake stuff is great6, but I just wondered. Cheers

Hi chaps, I wondered if there are any Midland users (or general PMR to tac headset users) who can help please. I would like to pair my G9 Pro with a headset - something like a Peltor Comtac with a mic. Is it possible? I have been bamboozled by talk of differences in impedance and the like. I have also emailed EARMOR and trampled around the forums and reddit for a clear answer. Some say it cannot work or that you need to shave down the PTT connector...So can anyone please tell me what PTT Connector and tactical headset do you use and have working well with Midlands? Or is it a case that PMR 446 will not work with the low impedance head sets unless I buy an amped PTT? Many thanks in advance.

Hi As the title suggests - does anyone know which cylinders will be compatible with a JG069 SMG-5J? Probably easier to do it using woodland. You can use the land registry and pay £3 to find out who owns land and approach the owner. I am sure there are other steps regarding insurance, but I have played private events before where there is no insurance and you sign a self disclaimer. Not sure of the legality of that nowadays and that was over 6 years ago. Cheers

Yes you are spot on. This forum is a good start and there are also many airsoft associations and general shooting groups. I wonder if there is some official lobby group that unites all of these...or maybe UKARA or some other group do that to some degree in terms of the retailers who support it...No idea. I see this chap asked for data in 2018. I imagine the only ones who really know are the retailers. It would be very interesting to know a figure of how much it generates though and likely put a lot of minds at ease. Cheers

Hi there, I am looking for the exact weight of the TM NGRS TMP5 A4 (full stock) version please if anyone has one handy or knows. The reason being is that I have found website weights of them vary online massively from 3.5kg to 2.790kg to 2.950kg to 2.1kg. I am trying to build a low weight loadout. Hi, I am looking for a very simple Mosfet for my TM NGRS which has a Warhead Black brushless motor in it. It doesn't need all the bells and whistles like burst shot, I am just looking for the protective qualities really. Can anyone recommend one please? Or do I even need a Mosfet? Many thanks.

Hi there, I am trying to remove the stock from my URGI Block 3, but cannot seem to get the thing off. I found a vid by Eagle6 Airsoft where he is removing the stock off the M4 CQB-R, but the stocks are different and seem to have different mechanisms. The main worry is damaging the contacts. Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I have a nice TM URGI which has been upgraded with new gears and spring etc. and has a Warhead black standard brushless motor in it. No Mosfet yet, but have on eon the way. Will a 7.4V 1300mAh 2S 25C Lipo be ok in it please? I have read a lot of different opinions on this so thought I would check. Many thanks in advance.

Hello chaps, I think I just avoided making a mistake as the G9 pro can still be sent back, but it seems it is not compatible with the Earmor m32's. It seems that the headset is low impedance while the Midland G9 is high impedance. Shame as the G9 pro is otherwise excellent. But my question - and I did a bit of searching on the internet and here first and found this thread: I have also just emailed the UK branch of Earmor too see what they say, but can anyone please confirm if the Earmor's will just work fine with a good old Baofeng UV5R (as long as I have the Earmor Kenwood PTT)? Or is there hope/a workaround with the Midland G9 Pro? I read on a Reddit thread that if you change the mic to a non dynamic one then it works... Thanks very much in advance.
