To echo everyone above, no one will care... you see a few two tones at most games and no one bats an eyelid. Yeah that should be fine, it has an internal o-ring too which should take care of that leakage - just check that with the o-ring installed the nozzle is still able to freely slide up and down the cylinder head without too much friction. In the event that you do run into that complication:

You didn't mention in your OP if you did actually test the compression with your new O-rings, both with and without the air seal nozzle? Some times your setup will just call for a different O-ring size - definitely test this before installing the new nozzle. Taking some material off the front face of the tappet plate can also help create a better seal onto the BB by allowing the nozzle to seat slightly further forward in the hop chamber at the point of shot cycle completion. Arguably this could potentially compromise the durability of the tappet plate, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

And bind the rubber to the barrel with some plumbers/ptfe tape a bit like this: Helps with air loss and consistency. example is a VSR barrel but the same principal applies.

There can be any number of issues but lets try and exclude a couple... - Have you tested for compression / air seal on the cylinder set? - The air seal nozzles with o-rings can some times be a bit too tight on the cylinder head, resulting in the nozzle firing forward in the hop unit too slow. This can cause low fps. Have a look and see how tight the nozzle is on there by testing how easily the nozzle can be pulled up and down the cylinder head - if its fairly stiff, then this could be your problem. Maybe swap out and test with a standard type. You say you tried some others.. maybe try the og one. - equally an old weak tappet spring can cause a similar problem, and in combo with a tight air nozzle could be even worse. - is there a slight bend or misalignment of the nozzle perhaps causing it to rub against the inside of the hop unit? - is the nozzle sitting reliably and firmly inside the tappet plate groove? - Is the fps equally low with the hop fully turned off? - test - A hard grade hop rubber can sometimes really hold quite a grip on the BB in the feed lips and the nub itself causing issues - maybe swap your rubber out for a decent soft 50/60 degree sleeve - prommy purple are usually pretty good. - A bad barrel, hop unit, hop rubber combo match up can cause pretty bad air loss - try swapping them out one by one but before that maybe try the same setup with some plumbers tape round the base of the hop rubber sealing it onto the barrel, that's given me massive boosts on certain builds.

Ah yeah the blue fella right... he keeps popping up on my youtube video suggestions, but yeah i'll defo give rebels a watch after S7 of CW for sure, if nothing else for the Vader/Ahsoka stuff, that all looks pretty epic. Unfortunately, I may or may not have already seen all that on YT 😅.

I quite enjoyed CW right from the get go, though i did watch it in chronological order, so I think it actually had me watching some season 2 episodes first... I didn't particularly like Ahsoka to begin with as she was a bit bratty and I was in the mindset of 'no.. Anakin did not have a padawan' - but it all sort of fits into place in the end and she even turns into quite a solid character.

Ah nice, yeah keep um for sure, the value is only gonna go up... I had the Falcon too, also 2 AT-ATs, AT-ST, rebel transport, B-Wing, Snow speeder... unfortunately I played the heck out of them when I was very young and they are fairly beat up with pieces missing, I think the Chicken-Walker is the only thing fully intact. Funny though how the proportion ratios are really off on some of the old toys... on the other hand the Micro-Machine action fleet stuff from the mid 90s were pretty much spot on, those were great pieces!

Ah for sure mate, same. I would easily put Empire and Jedi in my top 10/20 films of all time. Recently brought some of my old toys down from the loft for my 10 year old nephew who is getting into SW, was awesome to see them again... the really old ones from the 70s/80s, they are seriously massive toys 😂

Yeah that story arc at the end of S5 is pretty awesome - quite sad though! I only watched CW starting in mid 2019, and am glad i'm not having to wait half a decade for the last season like the poor sods who watched it from day one... once S7 is done I may check out Rebels, though I have heard it's not quite as good. I imagine the prequel trilogy will be vastly improved upon another watching having soaked up all the lore from TCW.. and i'm not even a big a prequel hater.

Any Star Wars fans rejoicing at the return of TCW? Just watched the first episode of the new final season - thoroughly enjoyed it! Looking forward to see some CW era closure to the story arcs of Rex, Ahsoka, Darth Maul and perhaps some of the other prominent Jedi as we get closer to order 66 in the series! Oh and Cad Bane... You are correct, I'll relocate it to the EU section. Of the Asian retailers do you mean? I use quite a few of them, I think the only ones I have never ordered from are airsoft-asia, Tactifans, ebair, Taiwan gun, jkarmy and uncompany. Honestly I probably order 70-80% of accessories and parts from Asian shops if i'm not in a hurry. Recommended list... ehobby - were the largest airsoft eBay shop in the mid 2000s, until they went over completely to their own site - excellent service, though their item range is not what it used to be. WGC - pretty good, often have little bits that no one else seems to have. Good for body kits.. that type of thing. Airsoft Global - bought my first proper AEG from these guys in 2005, I remember them being pretty helpful with the customs paperwork and advice. Khmountain - very good, also have an eBay shop, often purchase gearbox components from them. gunnerairsoft - not used them in many years but they were one of the OG ACM AEG sellers... it was them and rsov back in the day, they're still around... rsov aint! Tiger111... so these guys have a massive range, their comms and staff are helpful (ask for Konvict) - however.... their stock keeping is the worst i have ever seen. I have on no less than 5 orders been told that something they clearly list as in stock is actually not - they'll give you options including partial refund but its just so annoying!!! But their prices seem a shade better than some of their competitors.. bit of a toss up.
