Have to agree with GuruDuck, my team got ours from their and they are awesome!

Also don't aim to buy TM, some of the most expensive aeg's out there! Nothing wrong with G&G, G&P, Krytec etc just do your research!

Decent supportive foot wear is a must! More so in woodland but still a requirement in cqb due to the quick direction changes and diving for cover! Plus nothing will ruin a new hobby as much as a broken ankle!

Actually it has a DSG set so the spring isn't being fully compressed, hence the need for a m170! It has a short stroked full steel teeth piston. But thanks for the advice ?

Thanks again duck! It's the same gun that we were talking about before! The "tech" fitted a lonex a-5 which is high speed I think, it hasn't got enough guts in it to pull the m170 back!

Hi guys, I'm after a motor that will pull a m170 Spring, I have seen a WE Nuprol high torque motor and a hornbill high torque motor. Will either of these do the job or am I looking at a lot more money? Thanks in advance J

You have to remove the front padding to get the helmet and i4's to fit, so no problem there ?

I plan to run the fast helmet with a set of Dye i4's, I'm putting 4 X 1" holes along the top each side of centre to allow me some cooling and a bunch of 2mm holes along the front to allow the mask to vent (hopefully)

Any guidance would be appreciated, quite a distance from a shop and I've had it apart and all seems ok inside!! Could the dual sector gear be causing the issue?

Can't send it back to the guy as like all ppl who do this kinda thing, he's all of a sudden very un reachable, he also had the gun for 4 months and he had it back twice before becoming invisible.

Ok, my friend has a fire hawk, he striped the piston so sent it away to a 'tech' to fix, he sent it off with some new duel sector gears, new piston and a m110 spring! It's come back and is only firing at 95-100 fps, does anyone have any idea why this is? I've checked the piston/cylinder head/ nozzle for compression which seems fine! He and I are at out wits end with this gun! Please help!!

Very much so, I did think that the maratime helmets had holes but was obviously mistaken, I then tried (and failed) to cover my mistake with misdirectional humour ?
