I know it’s a real “how longs a piece of string?” question and on your web page you’ve got a ‘get a quote’ section but what I was hoping for is you’d be able to tell us a VERY ruff ballpark figure for an M4 to be painted in something like one of your Templar type paint jobs ? Reason here not there is I was recently talking about your work and now know of a few players (like my self) who’d love one of your paint jobs but A; are not 100% sure about what to have done and B; all being family men don’t want too get all excited about a job AND then realize we can’t afford it ! 😭 Do realise exelent custom work like yours isn’t cheap but hopefully you can see where I’m coming from ? cheers bud .👍

Nice starter gun you got there , will work well in and outdoors . may think you look like a right Ming but testing your gears all good before you go scurmishing is a what needs to be done , too many times you see guys farting around with there gear on the day and wasteing time geting it right . you want to get that woman in order matey , if she’s a veggie good for her , but if you want meat ? Its a P90 , it’s not a recoil it’s just a TM P90 with some crappy viper pouches a couple of low caps , couple of mids and a hi and a VERY vague up-grade history . 🤦‍♂️ Seems fair to me , He can hope ? 😳 😂😂😂😂

I have a fair few Tshirts from him , some are donkeys years old but still in tip top shape , same goes for his patches (the stitched ones pre-PVC craze !) all in practically as new condition.👍

If the colours were off there a good chance it’s somthing like Serbian or Croatian kit , loads of the old Eastern Europe countries use or did use US woodland but in slightly different colours to the US kit . 👍

I’m old enough to be one of the people who helped spawn this creature ! 😖 Don’t need to spend that much mate , wether it’s from fleabay or someone like ‘surplus and outdoors’ you can pick them from £9 per item for real US bdu’s .

I’m a right tight arse when it comes to buying gear (cheaper the better) but I’m with Lozart on this one , camelbac/platypus/source/etc there hydro bags which are fully food safety rated un like the cheaper ones which are made from bog standard polyvinyl ( camel bac us copolyester polymer )The branded ones you can leave the water in it for over a wk and it’ll have no effect on it , the water in PV ones will start absorbing in under 12hrs (why when you get your kit ready the night before it tastes ‘plasticy’ The next day) so yea I break my own rule and buy the expensive ones when it comes to hydro bags .

Get the cheapest shit you can’t find and wash them a good few times with it but make sure you wash them inside out so ‘hopfully’ Won’t fade too much just dull it down a bit . But one thing I would say is be aware you’ll never get it as subdued in colour as to film kit as there kit is real issues ripstop , which is 100% cotton with a cris cross of nylon threads so stop long tares in the material .

Obviously it’s fresh out of the bag but bloody hell that camo is bright ! Does it feel as ‘nylon’ish’ as it looks ? Think ya going to be doing a shitload of washing it to try and ‘tone it down’ a bit ! 😉

aahhh right the 5watt bulb doth flicker ! 🤣 The job of camo is simply to disguise your appearance to the human eye , wether by blending in with your surroundings or breaking up your shape . Only reason for all matching is uniformity (don’t want to shoot your own guys !) it’s well documented that SF will wear mixed as A there a small group usually operating behind enemy lines , B hopefully it’ll cause confusion for a split second in the enemy and C it drives senior officers fucking mental when you don’t wear matching kit ! And so endeth the long winded explanation ! 😇

I’m a bit eclectic with my loadouts , what evers in fashion if I happen to like it I’ll try and put a twist on it so I’m just outside the flock as it were . Kit list is ; dragon red opscore with aor1 cover AOR1 ball cap real frog AOR2 shirt tan basic plate carrier with an assaulters panel on back , on the front a triple shingle and a triple flapped panel on the shingle radio pouch on Left and strap cutter and hydro pouch on right , all AOR1 ops belt with kydex 1911 , fast mag dumper triple frag emerson AOR2 trousers knee pad pouch moded for semi hard pads . and I normally wear usaf desert boots , comfy as hell . I did think of it but I just love the shirt it’s really nice to wear and as I’m going for a seal inspired look I thought f**k it ! It AOR2 I’ve seen plenty of pick of the real McCoy wearing mixed and as it is quite faded ( there’s a French guy who pops up on fleabay every now and again who sells pucka SF kit for not a lot , where I got the shirt) fits nicely with the 1 when I wear a full 1 loadout .
