In the process of gearing up for Op Ironstrike, so I've ordered a fair few things; FG Airsoft WE G39 upgrade kit Magpul AAC Flashider (For the G36) G&G 30mm AP Warrior Shorty Double M4 Pouch Spray paint from Halfords Plasticuffs And when the next paycheck comes in, some G39 mags, some more 1911 mags, a new baseball cap and some cyalumes.

I'll second working in retail and the people with no manners. If I'm serving someone, why should I have to wait for them to finish their phone conversation so that they can pay? And then other people who also work in a shop who think that they can tell you how to do your job i.e. "Why have you closed the checkout? There are more than 3 people waiting." Do one.

f*ck me! I just checked this post after about a year since I posted it and was amazed with some of the replies! I will point out a fair few of the Stirling blokes are serving or ex-forces and they prefer it to skirmishing - I personally can't stand being told about tactics by a kid who can barely hold the weapon never mind use it lol! I can see why some people might think of it as sad but hey - freedom of speech! OneOneBravo

have done a number of expos, and as a cadet, I know the basics of combat and fieldcraft. carrying a 25kg bergen shouldn't be a problem either. J

As I wanted to challenege myself, I have decided to enrol myself into Stirling Selection (2011). Details of the course are a bit sketchy as I can understand. Can anyone give me any advice/tips ? Thanks, J
