So I've been looking at one of these for a while now and the wife has finally agreed to get me one for my birthday, I looked at them today an it's gone up by £30 so now it's basically ten quid cheaper than a warrior plate carrier. I've emailed uktactical to ask why the increase, I'll let you all know if I get a response and what they say.

As others have said get some decent eye protection better safe than sorry, I use some cheap hard knuckle gloves I found on amazon which have held up well so far an I don't care if they get wrecked. Boots wise I'm currently using some hi-tec walking boots I had before I started cost about £40 from amazon, and for a shemagh try here http://m.aliexpress.com/item/1963487271.html dirt cheap decent quality but will take a couple of weeks to get to you.

I've seen the same one on sale at redwolf for £250, my major problem is even though the sensible part of my brain agrees with you about the g&g the rest of my brain is saying "ooooo isn't it pretty".
