Frank and the team at Firesupport have always been spot on and got me out of a few issues in the past when it comes to spares. Cannot recommend them enough!

Quite ironic that the seller wants to show "complete transparency" but doesn't think to be transparent in the images. "Mmm... images are the first thing that people's attention is drawn to. Let's waste a potential buyer's time by not getting off my arse and making the images represent what they're buying. No more, no less."

850nm is the standard wavelength for IR devices. Photonis ITTs (all gen 2) have a different tube tech that allows them to see to around 1100nm which allows them to carry out niche roles that standard gen 2 or gen 3 can't do.

3M Peltor Helmet Mount Brand New, unused. If you do buy these then please watch the fitting videos that you can find on YouTube (also I recommend warming them slightly with a hair dryer so the plastic isn’t stiff and brittle. I previously bought a set and tried to fit them to my Peltors but snapped the mount in the process. I got some replacements but never fitted them - These are brand new. Price Includes Postage. Thanks.20.00 GBP

G2/3 NVG's can see 850 and 940. 940 is about 40% dimmer than 850 when viewed by NVG's. The output power is the same but just looks dimmer. Only advantage of 940 is if you are trying to be sneaky over large areas as someone spotting will have more difficultly seeing 940 after 300 meters. For airsoft a 850 is cheaper and probably the best option.

850nm is the standard wavelength for IR devices. Photonis ITTs (all gen 2) can see past 940nm. Up to around 1100nm iirc which allows Photonis tubes to have some niche applications that gen 3 is unable to fill.

Just a thought but the pin is possibly upside down & might be the issue if it's not sitting in the rail space.

Hey I’ve got got a omega v2 with a stock Hpa adapter and today I increased my fps to 330 and all was working fine but as soon as I did a full auto burst the gun started leaking air from the nozzle. Maybe it could be the orings but with it happening after I went full auto would that be the case?? Does anyone have any fixes?

Right people iwh gen2/3 nvgs What ir flashlight do u use 850. 940?? Is it true that gen 2/3 can not see light over 940nm? Cheers in advance

That's really good to know. I might pick a few up in that case for the rest of my mags (would be nice to get all 6 short mags to a more usable state. Got 4 there at the moment)

Hadron Pegasus GBB Hop Unit for the TAC-41
Fatboy40 replied to Fatboy40's topic in Single Action Guns
I've spoken to them / him and the response was... I’ve forwarded the below including the pics to Hadron who assure me that these are just machining marks that very few of the units will carry. These won’t have any bearing on the performance of the unit. ... so I'm happy to go ahead and install it, but will stop if I feel the inner barrel catching at all. The response also implies that some other purchasers of it will have the same marks. I'll probably install it during next week and then pop down the farm my brother works on to test it safely at range in a quiet field (and compare it to my DMR). Also in your last photo that's certainly not one of the assumed side arms to go with a sniper. It's good to be different though 😃 (I run an AAP-01) -
