    If you have the file to print it, and the licensing allows for it, then there’s a bunch of us that can print it. I typically print things for cost so that Airsofters can get what they want for their airsoft guns. Others do it as an actual business and charge different prices. if you need the design work doing, that’s were it gets expensive. If it’s something simple like a supressor or a small part, some people can CAD it for a small cost but something like a rail is quite labour intensive and may not be cost effective. Jez said “for £53 buy that one”. I think he’s right. The SRU pre-made one will likely be cheaper and better quality than getting some random bloke off the forums to print you one.

    na the fps will not match your joule reading if i have a j reading of 1.2 and say im using 0.2 the fps is gonna be 360 mark if i have the same j reading and they say they are using 0.2 and the fps is 240 , im gonna question that and ask to weigh the bbs cos there using heavy ammo , 0.45 bbs

    That makes no sense at all. The joules is calculated using the weight given by the player so if the player lies about the bb weight then the joules reading will be wrong making a hot gun appear ok

    You can get rough locations by typing the number on google. Information brokers like 192 can be used to search for people's info. The guy has probably used info that is publicly avaiable and likely isn't a "l33t" hacker. Probably some angry bald man who failed highschool. That said, watch your social media and where you post your info etc from now on, and retroactively, because they can all be traced

    Thanks mate, he just text me saying how's sk*pt*n, my local town, I'm pretty scared ngl Yeah thanks mate, he's just text me saying how's ******, which was the name of my local town, I'm pretty scared, and I have to be up at 6 am too, probably not even gonna get sleep, he states hes reported me and consists to do it. As I've just said tbf, I'm sure you agree with me if I showed you the other things, although he's persisting to do it, and you can't block on Airsoft hub, so I'll just have to wait it out, I'm just frightened he knows my location, and that he's reported me to the police

Multiple people reported it to them, and yet it was up for months, and might still be there for all I know. I know this drama seems real to you and your, uh, "friend", but in the real world...

    Afaik there's nothing in the vcra about the seller's age so this guy is talking out of his arse. As for what to do now, @EDcaseis right. Ignore and block. Also I would probably report him to airsofthub as I'm guessing you're not the first person he's done this to. This is a lesson in why putting personal information on a public advert isn't a good idea

    I honestly have no idea what this is meant to mean. If my gun is shooting hot with 0.36g, but tell you that I'm using 0.25g, how can you tell? It does seem likely that insurers are happy with sites running a fundamentally farcical "Trust me bro" system. Until something does go wrong, and then they might discover that they were never really happy with it. "Trust me bro" chrono doesn't do that. Oh, I fully agree. But what I really care about are catching and ejecting people shooting hot in the field, because that's the actual risk. At that point, I don't really care what lies they told earlier - and they may not have told any, they might have just pulled a hot bag out of a gun and walked straight on with it. All that really matters is that they are running a hot gun. And the only way to catch that is by chronoing on the field, using BBs of a known weight.

    As far as I know there is no stipulation the seller has to be over 18 but I'm no expert so best to wait for someone with more knowledge... And for dealing with trolls on the internet, wherever they appear, your best option is to ignore and block them. They hate that the most. Use any option to report them if available.

    Hi everybody, I'm posting this right after this whole incident has happened, basically what happened was, on Airsoft hub, I've been listing things for a while now, and this guy known as ANT M, decided to leave negative feedback quite a lot really for nothing at all, eventually, bringing my account down to 44% negative feedback. When I confronted him about this, he got extremely mad, and decided to get my number from one of my listings, and decided to call me through a private number, and persist to do that, for around 25 minutes straight. I informed him I was a minor, and for what I know, SELLING a Airsoft gun, to a person over the age of *18*, is perfectly legal, and I can't find anything anywhere saying the person selling it should be over 18 too, he also claimed he was contacting Airsoft hub and they 'have my IP for the messages I've sent' ( i sent literally no bad messages), only sticking up for myself, and then he decided to say he was going to contact the police about me! Anyone have any thought would be appreciated 👍 Being pretty frightened to in the midst, my friend, decided to comment lots of things on his Airsoft hub profile, most likely aggravating him, although that wasn't even me, and he was only sticking up for me and framing him like he did me. A few screenshots are pictured of some of the things I wrote. Happened on the 4/06/25

    first off why are you name calling me for wanting to have more rigours standards for chrono then none at all, site culture and community is better then having a safety procedure?. anyone in mitigation against a site, using AP as an example as a defence would auto win they do not have mandatory chrono and have no way of knowing how many people are cheating the chrono on any given day you are arguing that we dont need seat belts because sometimes people die wearing a seat belt. if they lie about bb weight its easy to tell because of the chrono results , as i said before integral part of the hobby knowing bb weight ,fps and the chrono, the point of chrono is to cover you for insurance and insuring everyone is within the limit the site has set,if your telling porkies at the chrono and airsoft im gonna consider them a bad actor and we dont want that type of person around an honesty type hobby

    If the site had identified a risk of people attempting to cheat the chrono and someone had managed to do so, the site would very possibly be found to be at fault as their measures to prevent it happening were inadequate. Anyway, I am out of this discussion; it is like trying to have a rational conversation with a flat earther.

    Then what was the point of the chrono? If you believe players about their BB weight, why wouldn't you just believe them when they say "I'm shooting at 1.1J" ? It's a genuine question. If we can agree that telling a simple lie make the chrono calculation meaningless, then does it really matter what the lie is?
