Well done to them; locking out via an ETU or mosfet should be acceptable. I know that the argument against is "But you can reprogramme it." However, how many sites actually check that DMRs really are mechanically locked?

PPS K98k for sale. Shot about 30 times. And decided that albeit it's a lovely piece for a collection. It's not for me when it comes to actually playing. Comes with 5 mags, 1 of them as seen in a plastic wrapping, does need a new o ring where you fill with gas. The other are gas tight. Comes with a sling but it is for a gewehr 98 so it doesn't technically fit but does the job. Any questions lemme know!£400

The 'What have you just bought' Thread
GiantKiwi replied to Cameron364's topic in Guns, Gear & Loadouts
Because everyone on HRC raves about them, I have bought: Waldo Dynamics MWS Hop adjuster arm and a pack of the Ion MWS return springs. Omega nub was a reasonable stop gap, but it doesn't work briliiantly, and the stock DE return springs are just poo. -

Yeah same, the price is ridiculous. Mine has been great so far though.

Sorry, I missed that.

I was about to suggest a SADF M83 chest rig but then I googled them and saw how much they go for these days. If I'd known when I got mine they would up to quadruple in price I would've got more than 1

Can LCT or other Brand V3 gearbox fit with NPO VSS-M
Austeyr replied to TsLo's topic in Electric Guns
A standard V3 AK gearbox should drop straight into it however I believe the motor cage may be proprietary to the NPO for how the stock is mounted. You will lose the selector ability (Should retain safety as it's physical?) -

Or they give it a theme and name it then paint the hardcase in the theme, have gaudy quotes all over it and an insane price tag. (Looking at you "joker" themed aap)

I have a question about my NPO VSS-M because it's an HPA airsoft for now. I want to rebuild it back to an AEG. Wondering whether it can fit with a normal V3 gearbox, btw I don't mind about losing its special selector function because I have to install a ETU inside. I know the NPO one has different measurements with LCT. If you have the same airsoft as me, please leave your comment.

A landy was all the driving I got to do (unless you count a field cooker? It did run on petrol)

Loved the stolly, got to drive one about 28 years ago, absolute monster, can't be many good examples about these days, they rusted faster than an Austin princess lol

Assuming both are S&T, with the mags etc I would say a fair price would be around £180 for the UMP9 (Just over 70% of retail) and around £220 for the UMP 45 (Again around 70% retail). Just add shipping cost on top (Usually around £10 - £15 via parcelforce)

There is a real lack of Cold War models (esp British) on the market so when Airfix teased about this Stolly in my prefered scale 1/35 I snapped it up & £10 off for a damaged box that'll be in the bin as soon as it's built.

The makes of each would be a help in any appraisal

AK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I may be biased.... But adding on from that... My VFC AK74 is deadly accurate, dead fun to use and is an absolute work horse. As Lyndication said, it's an old platform but you can fit picatinny rails etc to it in the form of handguards/dust covers and bring it to the 21st century with no real issue. The VFC AK genuinely made me enjoy airsoft again after being an AEG user for 12 odd years. The only issue I found with the VFC AK was after using it for a few games was that every other GBBR I used lacked recoil compared to it 😂
