Automatic renewal of sales adds

Sales adds are being renewed automatically but they aren’t being bumped to the top of the page, can this auto renew be turned off somehow.

Also I find the forum won’t load at all during the early evening from around 5pm onwards until gone 11pm, anyone else have the same problem.

Think it’s because of the automatic renewal, if your item is on say, page 4 of parts it’s just stays on page 4 so a bit pointless.

The only chance you have of people seeing the listings now is when it's close to running out and goes to the "ending soon" tab

You can delete your add and then re-list it, bit of a chore, especially if you have quite a few.

You do if you want it to go back to the top as it did when we use to renew ourselves.

Fixed. Auto renewals are now off (as they were before).

 

Renewing your listing will bump it to the top of the queue (as though it were new).

How do you renew your ads?  I cant see any option for it.

I won't bash the site for any glitches in the matrix, great to see the renewals back up and running... I relisted my adds prior to this change and now can't post anymore adds for this week/for a week. Is it possible to delete adds or does the site do it automatically?

You can delete ads by going to the ad, scrolling down to "Advert Actions" then "hide" but it doesn't help with the timer sadly
