r1flyguy
So I purchased my P90 a week or so ago to compliment my other purchase, however I had no battery So ordered 2, came today, now I don’t have a connector to charge the batteries FFS. I have the standard Revel Precision RBC01 PRO charger with the NiMH lead but no connector for the P90 battery 😭 Can anyone point me in the right direction for the adapter please
r1flyguy
Any idea what this connector is called and where to buy it thank you Scrap that it appears the batteries the owners manual states you MUST use (so I purchased) do not fit it anyway!!!!

Galvatron
That's odd. I only see SOPMOD adapter with the NGRS TM AR-15-based guns. Can you not use a 8.4V NiMH or 7.4V LiPo, either of which have a Tamiya lead? The Rebel charger you described is one that charges through the balance lead rather than on the Tamiya/Deans/XT60 lead and a balance lead. r1flyguy and Rogerborg 1
r1flyguy
Thank you both for the replies, it’s both welcome & appreciated. when I purchased the P90 I forgot to pick up batteries as thought the ones I had for the M4 would work, but alas, no, so I googled the P90 owners manual and no doubt misunderstood exactly what battery I needed to use so ordered the ones in the photo Totally my mistake, school boy error, as they don’t even fit in the battery compartment in the stock. Now I have 2 brand new expensive batteries I can’t use…. Unless you guys can recommend a gun that takes them 🤣🤣😁 Edited March 14 by r1flyguy Rogerborg

(except the PDW) Can't you return them? r1flyguy

I suppose I could but they are from a company that doesn’t have the greatest of reputations on here, so I really don’t want the hassle to try BUT… TM NGRS ARs/HK 416 Is a hell if a nice looking gun 😁

True, but from the olden days. There are very few airsoft purchases that I really regret, but even penny spent on NiMh was wasted.

True, still got loads in a battery safe... actually the NiMh's I have are bunched up in a helmet cover, including a house brick NiMh that came with my Famas. What did it for me was having 3 fully charged nimh batteries die by lunchtime on a particularly cold and snowy game day, whereas the lipo battery a mate lended me lasted the rest of the day despite being a similar Mah and smaller in size.
