Any tips guys on removing a threaded allen screw?

I didn't even tighten this much and it's practically fused ?

Need it off to work on the internals any tips appreciated!

You could try tapping a torx bit in to it, they're tapered slightly so go with the next size up that the Allen key was.

Probably a good idea to try to get some wd40 or similar in to the thread for an hour before.

Failing that, you may have to drill it out, not sure you'll find an "eazyout" kit that small though.

If the above doesn't work use a hacksaw blade and cut a slot into the top then using a larger flat blade screwdriver you can then use it as a normal screw.

Before doing anything that could cause permanent damage try putting a rubber band over the end of the allen key for extra grip like thisScreenshot_20250226-022124_Chrome.thumb.jpg.40c68f579f345e531e0fa63df13e45fc.jpg
